Nice value for money. The dinner food was amazing ,a lot of choice every night , but the breakfast was the same every day. The SPA zone is very small compared to the size of the hotel. The swimming pool is extremely small ,both saunas and the steam room were all right. The jacuzzi needs to be paid extra ,which I didn't like. For the money you pay, should be included and bearing in mind the size of the small pool. Parking is massive and still not enough when the hotel is full. There is a supermarket in the hotel and a lobby bar. Didn't like that they don't accept card payment at the lobby bar and supermarket. The rooms are big and clean ,all of them with a terrace. Bathrooms were fine. Very crowded hotel when it's in season.

The hotel is relatively close to the ski resort; you can request a shuttle or drive there in just 2 minutes. There is a supermarket near the hotel. The service is amazing, the rooms are huge, and the view is breathtaking! It has a cozy, home-like atmosphere. The staff is wonderful!

It's s kind of romantic, like a mountain hut but not a hotel

The staff was super friendly, there are a lot of amenities in the hotel (pool, spa, kids playing area, fitness/kids party area, lobby and rooftop bar, 2 restaurants...), the food was great and the hotel is super warm.

The house is very beautiful. There are more than enough items in the house. It is very good to have an elevator. Every detail in the house has been considered. The parking lot is very close to the house. The location and view of the house are good. The host is very caring and helpful. The fireplace is a wonderful pleasure.

It is a clean apartment with what we need to prepare a quick breakfast and near the forest.

Everything was great. Exceptional location and view. Everyday you wake up in pradise. We thank Alex for his hospitality. He was really helpful in every way. What I like about this type of hotels is that even if there are some deficiencies, the hotel does not worry about the little costs and solve the problems. They really helped us a lot in this regard. We will stay here whenever we go there, there is no problem.

A very nice hotel, with an extremely good location. Polite staff with attention to small details. Wonderful and varied food in the restaurant with very good service from the waiters. Pets are also allowed in the hotel, which gives an advantage to visit it in the future. The pool has warm water, the sauna was great. The masseuse is a professional. It's worth taking advantage of everything the hotel has to offer. I am very pleased. Thanks for the warm attitude.

A new property, located quite close to Studenets, as it looks in the photos. Friendly staff, good communication with the owner of the apartment. A cosy studio apartment for a couple/small family. Would stay again.

The breakfast was great , diverse choice of everything and freshly made. The coffee is instant which couldbe improved by using filter coffee but is still very nice

Very warm and clean. Nice spa, perfect temp in the pool. Nice saunas, steam baths and salt room. Nice staff!

Host was very helpful and warm. Facilities in an excellent condition. Free parking close to the building. Ski season is over, but it's still not summer, so we were barely only guests there, and price was much cheaper than normal, but service still very good.

The apartment was well equipped and quite spacious. There's everything you need: oven, microwave, coffee maker, hair dryer, fridge. The towels and linens were clean. Shuttle bus from the apartment to the ski slopes - 3min drive. Free parking space for your car. A special room in the hotel for your ski equipment.
