Pet-friendly hotels and homes in Kelheim

I stay at the Dormero fairly often, just as a "staycation,"as I live nearby. It is SUCH a wonderful hotel, right in the heart of town, with great views from all the rooms I've ever stayed in. Great value, decor, amenities and many surprise extras. I highly recommend the Dormero!

Location was great. Easy to explore the city by foot considering we were on our bikes. Breakfast was good

Hotel is well located in the city center. Unique thing about the hotel is it is actually in a Old Tower. The Surrounding area of the hotel, backside is also very relaxed and peaceful. Breakfast is hearty and Healthy. The owner is very friendly and informative about the hotel. Rooms are spacious, clean and airy.

the location and the staff are amazing

Close to the old town and canal so walks with the dog was nice. The kitchen has everything, the bathroom is big and equipped with a rain shower! The owners are very nice and also reachable.

The apartment is located at the rim of the Altmühl valley. From the balcony one has a splendid view of the "Befreiungshalle" of Kelheim. Hiking paths start a few meters near the apartment. The surroundings are very quiet. The host is very friendly and accommodating. The apartment is very well equipped. You will even find board games there.

The included breakfast was amazing! The food in the restaurant for dinner was very good with lots of variety. It was peaceful and quiet, but it was easy to go on nearby adventures.

Breakfast was very good, specially coffee. Room was large and location for Essing was very good. Essing has a nice nature. If you like biking or just enjoying walking this is a place for you.

Pension Holzapfel is located in the heart of a picturesque village, a great starting point to many cycling and hiking adventures. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, pointed us to very good restaurants nearby. The room was clean. The breakfast was basic, but we didn't leave the table hungry. Parking wasn't an issue.
