Great looking and comfortable apartment.

Nice and big apartment right opposite to the beach. Beds were comfortable and so are the rooms. We were a group of 4 people and the apartment has 3 bathrooms. It can accommodate every a larger group as it has more number of beds. Close to parking garage and a great coffee shop near by with good brunch option and specially the orange juice.

Beautifully renovated, modern, excellent AC, great layout with rooftop breakfast nook. Quiet neighborhood within 16 min walk to restaurants and the beach. Nearby spacious open parking lot is a bonus.

We booked this property for two main reasons; 1) As a family of 5 it provided us with enough beds for each of us, and having the two separate washrooms was a bonus. 2) The parking was included! We took the metro (across the street from apartment) into the heart of Barcelona, without having to drive in and park our rental car in an unsafe (underground) parking lot. (*consider this when researching Barcelona city parking as there are a lot of car-break-ins and theft). What we appreciated; On our flight from Zurich, the airline lost one of our luggages. Stephan helped to receive the luggage from the delivery service and place it in our room, as we were in the heart of Barcelona at that time. Such wonderful service! Thank you Stephan! This place is comfortable and well equipped with everything you may need. Coffee shops, and grocery store close by.
