Staff was very attentive, I liked that they have restaurants on the ground floor, so I didnt have to leave the hotel for that (since i was only staying there to wait for my flight). Nice that they have the airport shuttle as well. Rooms were clean and spacious.

Good set of amenities, good choice for breakfast including Pan Tomatoes 🍅 😋 Large bed and bedroom. Walking distance (about 15 minutes) from Nuevos Ministerios, which is direct then to airport metro. In morning not much traffic to go to Tres Cantos by taxi (for work meeting). Nice pool and rooftop bar in summer

AMAZING LOCATION! CANNOT GET BETTER! The apartment is HUGE for European standards. Six people fit easily! Gorgeous furniture and very well appointed. Three bathrooms!!!!!! Two showers!!!!! It has everything and I mean absolutely everything you need. Parking was nearby and paid but definitely worth it, space was big enough to fit a BMW x5. The host is very flexible and did his best to accommodate my needs in terms of payment and need for parking.

This apartment was just off the Puerta del Sol and right in the middle of the action, but also had gates that closed at 10pm so the area immediately under our rooms was quiet in the evenings. We loved the ease of access to the city right outside our door.

Perfect location. Just steps from Plaza del Sol, metro stations, and about 5 minutes from the grocery store! It was also quier. We stayed over good Friday and a band went down the street at midnight. We had one window open because we had just returned to the apartment. As soon as we closed the window, the band sounds went away!

I had other unpleasant lodging experiences near La Puerta del Sol before and was quite skeptical about how this apartment would be. To my surprise, this apartment not only had a reasonable price tag but was also well-managed and fully equipped. The host was very kind and helpful when our online door key didn't work. He was patient and guided us step by step until we successfully got into the property. During the daytime, there's also a concierge to guard the entrance—an essential sense of security with so many people walking up and down Calle de Carretas. I would definitely book again when I revisit Madrid.

Quiet place. Very comfortable and in a very good area near universities and metro is 3 min away.

The front desk staff was super nice and friendly. They were very helpful and allowed us to leave our bags after check-out for few hours.

This was a very comfortable apartment, clean and well equipped, with good air conditions which was welcome in very hot weather.

The facilities were very clean upon arrival. Some consumables were available as a welcome treat (tea, coffee, biscuits, dishwasher pods). A washing machine and a dishwasher were available. The bathroom had soap and toilet paper and clean towels were provided for all guests. The apartment was comfortable and spacious, being adequate for a family stay for a short visit to the city.
