Spacious and warm room, nice dinner, great breakfast.

Stayed here with a couple of lads as we had a job nearby for a couple of days and it was spot on for what we needed. The house was really clean when we got there and the check in was dead easy, no messing about which is always good after a long day travelling/working. The decoration was really nice as well, you can tell it’s been done properly and not just thrown together like some places. Beds were comfy, shower was good, plenty of space for us all and having parking made life much easier with the vans/tools etc. Location was ideal for where we needed to be and there was everything nearby. Would definitely book again if we’re working in the area.

The surroundings are extremely good! like the yards with flowers and trees. The restaurant on the first floor is also worth a try!

Great experience from start to finish.. lovely room with everything you need..soft bed and pillows...great drinks facilities..fresh water daily.. fantastic breakfast... lovely swimming pool..a cellar room to chill or read or play board games...great parking... location was ideal ..six minutes to the center of Lyndhurst..a great pub a few hundred yards away..super friendly and helpful staff...will definitely stay again

Comfy bed, very clean and excellent breakfast. We have stayed here many times.

Beautiful stay, we had the family room and the size of the room was very impressive! Lots of space for everyone. We booked a table for dinner, wonderful food, very accommodating to the children.
