It was quaint and conveniently located. The room was a good size and there was free parking.

The property is absolutely stunning with Victorian Charm and quite a lot of history. Our room was large and inviting with coffee, tea, biscuits, a rain shower, and every amenity you could imagine. Fiona, James, and their pets were as inviting as they come. We felt like family for the evening. The breakfast was divine. Everything about this property blew us away and the price was quite reasonable as well.

Plenty of attention to detail. Super sweet rooms. Modern conveniences. Great location. Fully equipped large kitchen. Fully supplied with toiletries. Good wifi and USB built in. Ready for pets and kids. Even had games, maps.. Easy walking everywhere in Hay, yet quiet.

We really enjoyed our stay. Very friendly hosts. Good location. The view was just stunning. We had a very good time.

Beautiful location, lovely grounds and the owners were really helpful and friendly.

No breakfast provided. No towels. Unwalkable roads into and out of location. Leaky moldy tent, no wood heaters, cold and wet inside. Overall bad conditions. Wifi only works in the main house, not any of the outbuildings or tents.

It was really central and close to shops/cafes etc. Great recommendations from host of what to see/where to eat. Really appreciated the parking space and quirkiness of the property.

Ideally situated to explore hay on wye

A spacious and clean apartment with plenty of room for our family of four. We really enjoyed the location just around the corner from the main clock tower, and luckily in town during the Thursday farmers market, which was lovely. The apartment was well furnished with comfy couch and two arm chairs on main floor (with plenty of board games to keep us occupied), full size dining table on bottom floor with a large outdoor area overlooking the river and large kitchen. Bedrooms were comfy and our kids loved their twin bedded room. Overall, a fantastic stay!

Prefect location, very clean and comfortable

The property was beautifully presented, furnished and decorated to a very high standard. The whole ‘feel’ for the house was all encompassing. The hosts were so welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was without a doubt, absolutely delicious and no attention to detail was spared within the entirety of our stay.

The house itself is big and on a lovely piece of land.

Everything was excellent. Beautiful location and extremely comfortable. We had everything we thought we could need and more. The facilities were faultless and Anne & Sam were very friendly and helpful
