The service was exceptional. Very friendly staff. Me and my girlfriend felt taken care of from the moment we arrived, until the moment we left. The food was great! we could not help ourselves and ordered roomservice dinners and lunches more than we originally planned to do. The breakfast was as advertised and we could even tweak it slightly (more coffee, fresh milk, no black pudding ect.). We always got breakfast with room service and the staff was always smiling and very nice. The room was as advertised and very accurate to the images on booking.com.

It was very clean and up-to-date. Good location with walking distance access to train service. Quiet neighborhood. We plan on returning to this home in future visits to Kirknewton.
