perfect location, friendly and helpful staff.

I love the location right near shopping and downtown. There was a lovely bar down stairs that also had good snacks. The room was very reasonably priced and super clean and efficient.

It was exactly what I needed for my stay—very comfortable, clean, quiet, centrally located, walkable to transport, helpful staff—all great.

The room was a good size where we stayed , clean and well presented hotel.The bathroom was great with a lovely rainfall shower. There were plenty of tea and coffee facilities in the room, too. Good nice breakfast with good choice.The location is absolutely fantastic for everything in the city centre and close to the main train station. I would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Thr breakfast was perfect and the location was excellent

Great location for all of Manchester. We went to a concert at Etihad Stadium and walked back safely in 30 mins, lots of crowds walking back so very safe. Really spacious apartment, with fully equipped kitchen for pre- and post-concert food

The location is great we didn’t need to buy any transport cards its close to everything. Spacious for 5 people. Facilities, Wi-Fi and amenities are very convenient.

Real nice location and cozy environment

The room was spacious and clean, and the hotel was located right in the city centre.

Breakfast was awesome and staff were very friendly and helpful. Can't fault anyone. Room was fantastic and clean and heater worked so well. Toilet was well cleaned. I love the room and environment.

Colin the caretaker was fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. The space was mostly clean (dirty pots in the cabinet).

Perfect location for a gig at the co op live. Free parking, friendly staff and a nice pub downstairs for drinks and food.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay in a cosy flat in a beautiful area. Definitely coming back.

The flat was bigger than expected and was almost spotlessly clean. It smelt great, and the bedding and towels were fresh and good quality. The shower room was small but fulfilled the purpose, and for a couple of nights, there were all the kitchen facilities we needed.
