Everything about The Kings Arms was fabulous. Our greeting upon checkin was great. Entering our room on the top floor was stunning. We were advised that a steep set of stairs would be required to get to our room but that did not deter us. Our room was simply splendid. We ate dinner here and their traditional Sunday roast was like eating at Grandmas. Mouth watering roast and Yorkshire pudding will definitely satisfy your palate. The town is like a Dickens Village - you’ll feel like you’re back in the 1700’s walking around taking in the historic buildings and shops. Breakfast was again fabulous with a traditional English style menu. I would highly recommend staying here.

What a beautiful cottage in an ideal location in Stow, located on a quiet street tucked away it was less than 5 minutes walk to the centre. The hosts were amazing with quick responses & recommendations. Clear information about everything. Highly recommend staying here if you are visiting the cotswolds.

Fully-Equipped Kitchen: From high-quality appliances to essential utensils, the kitchen had everything we could possibly need, making our culinary adventures a breeze. Gracious Host: The host’s responsiveness and courteous demeanor at every interaction further elevated our experience. The seamless process of retrieving the key from the lockbox to finding everything we needed within the house exemplified convenience. Wistful Farewell: Our only regret was not allocating more days to our Cotswold stay. The charm of this house made it hard to say goodbye. Final Thoughts: We'll forever cherish our time at this Cotswold house. Future visitors, be prepared to be enamored by its charm!

Absolutely the most perfect English cottage. We were overjoyed with the location, the decor, and every charming detail. Thank you for the lovely welcome items— loved them all! Coniston House offered us a truly lovely Cotswold portion of our holiday!

The cottage was amazing. I had a hard time convincing my wife to leave. We were there in the summer and we had great weather. The cottage is very unique and quaint. Maybe a little tight if you are large, the shower would be hard for someone much over 6 feet tall. The town is cool with some great food. Great walks from the cottage to other villages, our favorite was to Bourton on the Water.

Comfortable loft. Had a washing machine and dishwasher which was a bonus. Lovely area on rooftop to sit and relax. Pity about the weather though. They provided brochures and info on walks in the area. Had a very pleasant stay.

The location was right in town and the hosts left some bread, eggs and milk for our breakfast which was lovely.

We loved everything about our stay at the Sheep-on-Sheep Street Hotel. The room was cozy and comfortable for three of us and at a great location. Even better in-person than on-line. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner at the restaurant- although must say they get pretty booked up during the holidays. It is a very lively and busy place. Recommend making dinner reservations ahead of time. The receptionist Amy was warm and welcoming and helpful all the way through -- with the many requests we had. From emailing us promptly and resolving an issue when we first made the reservation to a request we had after we left -- with an item that was left behind. Amy went over and beyond and was fabulous. Would definitely return and highly recommend.

Wonderful location, cozy cottage, very welcoming, generous welcome basket with goodies for us, easy communication and instructions.

Great location with restaurants, pubs, shops walking distance, enjoyed having outside hot tub and grill, short drive to Diddleysquat Farm was fun we like the tv show Clarkson Farm. Big tv and linear electric fireplace !
