Great location, very friendly staff, clean room

Absolutely wonderful experience. Sat on the balcony drinking coffee watching the river, which albeit slightly less blue than the photo, looks exactly like the photograph. Kakha is an absolute treasure, and nothing was too much; he gave us a corkscrew and nice wine glasses to take onto our private balcony. The room had a full size fridge, which in summer in Georgia is not just useful, but significantly improves the overall experience. Checkout at 12 is a lovely change, it makes the whole experience more relaxing, rather than feeling like you have to rush out and can't enjoy the morning.

Excellent breakfast and the owner and his wife as well as other staff were super warm and welcoming. The beds were also very comfortable.

It was our second day in Kutaisi. Unfortunately we didn't find our 1st night booking accomodation so we booked other Hotel. On our 2nd Day- we were confused about the Google location but the couple at Friendly Guest House helped us. Sir came to pick us up from our location. When we reached, we were welcomed with a nice smile. The room was neat and clean. It was good, well maintained place. Thank you so much. God Bless

One of the best stays I’ve ever had. Hamish is a fantastic host that truly cares about his guests and their experience at the hostel. Ended up staying here twice because it’s just that good. If you’re coming to Kutaisi, you have to stay here.

I love everything about the property! It is very cozy and comfortable. I will definitely go back here! Ms. George was very hospitable. They made a very delicious breakfast as well! I highly recommend this place. I honestly think that this is the perfect place to go if you are in Kutaisi. The location is very near to the center, and they have a huge outside space. The hotel and the owners are fantastic. They were very accommodating and really just wanted to make our stay enjoyable. They were responsive and all round great hosts! We were able to get a rental car arranged as well as airport transfers through them!

Amazing view of the city (probably the best you can get in Kutaisi), the host Mamuka is very friendly and welcoming and really made our stay a memorable experience. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious. Breakfast was also provided to us despite our very early check out time. We enjoyed our time so much we came back without a reservation two days later!

The hotel is located by the river and has a very beautiful view.
