Absolutely wonderful experience. Sat on the balcony drinking coffee watching the river, which albeit slightly less blue than the photo, looks exactly like the photograph. Kakha is an absolute treasure, and nothing was too much; he gave us a corkscrew and nice wine glasses to take onto our private balcony. The room had a full size fridge, which in summer in Georgia is not just useful, but significantly improves the overall experience. Checkout at 12 is a lovely change, it makes the whole experience more relaxing, rather than feeling like you have to rush out and can't enjoy the morning.

One of the best stays I’ve ever had. Hamish is a fantastic host that truly cares about his guests and their experience at the hostel. Ended up staying here twice because it’s just that good. If you’re coming to Kutaisi, you have to stay here.

everything is great. It’s super clean and homey. The room is beautiful, located in a garden. I love cats, they are cute. Complete facilities, including hot water, tea/coffee bag, clean wine glass and tea cups, sandwiches maker, refrigerator, etc.

The name panorama is not taken lightly! Between the common balcony and the balcony off our room, we pretty much had a 360 view of Kutaisi. Our host and the groundskeeper were kind and showed us the property as well as making breakfast early for us, as we had to hit the road early. Breakfast was incredible with homemade cake and khinkali lining the table!
