Amazing, better than expected and perfect communication with the host

Everything was so awesome here. The family is truly so kind and fun to be around. They speak Georgian and Russian, since we spoke English we communicated through Google translate and we had a great time talking to them. Even though we only stayed for one night they did everything they could to make the stay special, cooked tons of amazing food, gave us fresh fruit and vegetables from the garden, homemade wine and chacha, and even gave my friend some homemade sunburn cream that really helped his sunburn. They are so awesome and everyone should stay with them if you're in the area! I wish we could have stayed for longer. We can't wait to go back!

The location of the hotel is very convenient, with easy parking right on site. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. But the best part is the staff truly one of the best hotel teams I’ve ever met. I forgot some of my belongings, and the next day they even arranged to deliver them to another city where I was staying. Exceptional service, super friendly and helpful in every way. Highly recommended and I will definitely come back!

The host is super lovely and we had a pleasant stay at Oda's house - thank you very much! There is a guest kitchen, a clean bath with a shower and a nice view from the balcony. We enjoyed our stay a lot - so highly recommended ☺️

This the best Guest House I’ve ever seen and been. The Host (Bagrat) and his hospitality is absolutely amazing. Nice people, beautiful place and you’ll get an amazing view. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. 12/10

A lovely and peaceful place with a beautiful garden. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere was very relaxing. The staff was kind and helpful, and the location is great — quiet, but close to everything. Breakfast was delicious and felt homemade. Perfect for a cozy getaway. Would definitely come back!

The apartment was clean, with nice viewing on nature, well-maintained, with a modern design and a very convenient location. There is a lovely veranda where you can sit in the morning, relax on the sofa, and enjoy nature, birdsong, and fresh air. Inside, everything you need is provided: a fully equipped kitchen air conditioner, a spacious bathroom with a shower, and a bedroom with an extra balcony and a wardrobe. The host was very friendly and welcoming, always quick to respond if we needed anything. Our goal wasn’t to visit health resorts but to explore the nature and surroundings, as we were traveling with a child.
