They are doing up the rooms and the bedding pillows etc are new and the bathroom newly updated so nice and clean. Lots of bedroom doors were left open so you could see the updating, not necessary to see all of that made it feel like you were in the middle of a project which of course you are. They have all the good basics. Staff friendly. We didn’t eat there. Biggest nasty was the carpet in the hallways which was disgusting. Filthy and covered in paint and dirt. Not ok. I guess they are waiting until the rooms are finished until they lay a new one?? The hotel has great potential if they go for it. Bar looked nice and breakfast area looked ok not sure if they use it as we were told breakfast was in the bar. Rooms are basic but good. Need pics and few decorative details also in the hallways. Just change the hall carpets and on the stairs they are gross! Think they should reduce the rates while their work is going on.

It was spacious, and the grounds are wonderful. Has everything needed. Great with kids, as they had their own rooms, and lots of room outside. Great space for board games. We loved the location. Communication with host was also good.
