Hotel people are very friendly and supportive.they dropped me at the railway station night at 2AM. The rooms are neat.

The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. It was well-maintained and perfect for a simple, relaxing experience.

The all the staffs were really sweet and over all it was a splendid experience. Will surely gonna add Sterling as our favorite holiday spot and share to friends and family.

Our room was lovely and clean. The hosts were very accommodating and welcoming. The food was great!! The trip itself along the backwaters was beautiful, particularly after passing the other house boats. AC worked well (at night only), we had a comfortable and relaxing stay.

I like room and very clean property and good customer service

Everything was good. Location super. The premise , room and entire property was so good neat and well maintained. Room was so good and spacious. Clean Toilet. Moreover we felt comfortable as like we are in our own home with our beloved once. Nothing more than that, it's our own home. Really it's a value addition for Alleppy.

The room was spacious, beautifully decorated with wooden ceiling. The bed was comfy and king size. The bathroom was spotless . We also had a common space with kitchen and fridge. The owner is amazingly attentive to your needs and wants, making sure you have everything you need. The breakfast, lunch and dinner were amazing. The food served is plentiful, delicious, hygiene and tailored made. No spice is no spice! He even thought of cooking things especially for our baby! So thoughtful. He thinks for us. The owner is so hospitable and will go the extra mile. I needed diapers for my baby it was late and pouring rain. He went for me. So kind. The property is super well kept . The tours that he offers are very nice too.

We had a pleasant and homely stay at Sinai Homestay. The room was clean and comfortable. The host, Mrs. Tessy was friendly and hospitable, even preparing an early breakfast to accommodate our schedule. She helped organize a boat ride and local transport to the station. We would love to return for another stay at her lovely home!

Clean, well maintained hotel right on the backwaters. Owners were very helpful either arranging, kayaking, boating, and transport. Good food.

We had such a nice stay here! The rooms and the property itself are very clean, they have filtered water available, rooms are super comfy and the owners are lovely! They were so welcoming and accommodating, they even made us some delicious chai in the evening :) thank you!

The hosts were very kind and had a friendly demeanor. The place was clean and peaceful, with access to the kitchen and refrigerator. Whenever I return to Alappuzha, I will definitely stay here again.
