The hotel is gorgeous and well kept. The view from every window is breathtaking. The building is well preserved without being stuffy or ancient. Everyone in the staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. When we mentioned being gluten intolerant, they made up a cute breakfast basket for us, with lots of gf products. Very thoughtful! They also recommended several restaurants to us. One that we went to had amazing gf pizza. Yum! They recommended transportation to us when we left for the train station.

The owner helped us with an few issues, welcomed us very nicely. Since the parking of the hotel was in another location he showed us where it is.

Everything about the apartment was amazing. It had everything. Michele was amazing host. He was always there for us. He arranged our transportation to and from the apartment which was so helpful as well as appreciated. His video was most helpful. The location is great. The apartment was beautiful. Now it has a new second bed upstairs!

The place is reachable by bus, but unfortunately for us, the bus service was fully suspended for Easter, and we had to walk to the house- quite a walk, about 45 minutes from Livorno Centrale. The area is residential, and there aren't many dining or supermarket options nearby (especially if you're visiting on a Sunday or festival holidays). The host Antonietta was kind, communicative, and made check-in a lot easier. She offered us lots of advice about the city, where to eat, and what to see. The room was basic but clean. There were towels and toiletries, a well-equipped bathroom, and a good, fast WiFi connection. The kitchen was accessible too, if we wanted to cook meals, but we didn't need it as we stayed for just one night. Antonietta offered us coffee in the morning and chatted with us cheerfully. We took the bus the next morning to the centre, and then on our way back.
