Location and facilities were excellent

Complete apartment. Comfortable. Caroline was very helpful with suggestions re: things to see and activities in the area.

We love the cute units they were totally separated from each other private fenced beautiful garden amazing staff we wished we could have stayed longer

The property was very nice and clean. It’s not huge but has everything we need. We really enjoyed our stay there and will definitely rebook if we go to Nelson again.

Very private. Lovely accommodation. Very clean and tidy. Bonus having a lovely outside area to sit in with outdoor furniture and a BBQ. Complimentary Chocolates and Biscuits and Drink was very much appreciated

The Last Straw is close to Nelson, within 15minutes, but when you are there, it could be 1000 miles away, Quiet, relaxing, fantastic cottage, just a beautiful place to relax and recharge.

The location and accommodations exceeded our expectations! The owners were very friendly and pointed out many things to do during our stay. The property is located in a beautiful rural area next to a river. All our needs outside of the property where with places close by.

I liked the cleanliness and homeliness of the accommodation. Comfy beds, easy to work television, easy parking by backdoor and a quiet street so no traffic noise despite being near Richmond's Shopping Centre. The key was available in a locked box accessed by a code. There was a garden for any pets to play in. We did not bring pets.

the communal kitchen and milk bread spreads butter tea coffee was a big bonus starting with breakfast is a must and usually it's the one meal that we miss while on holiday but with it available it was like being at home fantastic plus outdoor shower and bath oh my gosh we want more we have made this our #1 get away spot if we need a few days to relax well done hosts.
