Very comfortable place to stay. Beds are great. Parking is great. Facilities are very good. Not much left out. Environment is park-like and staff are very helpful. Pet owners' top destination in the Wairarapa.

The accommodation fitted out needs perfectly for a group of 4. Easy location to drive to Chasm and the shower was amazing, as we were all very dusty, so having the lovely hot and good pressure was a very welcome treat on return. Walked and biked to town, but was perfect that it sat on our skirts of town, so it was so quiet. We loved the bedrooms and all had a great nights sleep, both nights. Loved sitting outside with the morning coffee, followed by doing the same for the evening wine and BBQ. Communication was amazing. 10/10 recommended this place for a friend trip away or even a family trip if in need of just some relaxing time.

We loved everything about the house. As it was an older style house it was extra roomy for a 2-bedroom cottage so there was plenty of space for the 4 of us. The house was beautifully presented and clean. The host left a optional breakfast and a beautiful bottle of wine for us which was a lovely surprise. The lounge was a lovely room to relax in and we enjoyed the DVD collection, watching a movie whilst waiting for the wedding. Bedrooms roomy and beds comfortabel. Thank you for having us.

Fantastic location close to the square and restaurants/bars, good heating and comfortable. Everything you need for a nice weekend getaway.

Charming, cute cottage close to centre

We got married here 3 years ago so coming back is always special. We love that it’s family friendly too.

Almost perfect for our group of three couples. Even in the terrible weather the heat pumps and fire kept the house warm. Extremely well equipped kitchen, though could’ve done with a couple more tea towels. Very responsive host, great communication and quick to deal with any issues - eg beeping fire alarm, bringing more fire wood.

Had a wonderful 2 night stay in a wonderful garden. Rachel cooked us a gourmet meal (extra cost) that was beyond excellent. Toured 2 wineries and would recommend Tirohana Estate for a meal or high tea.

Great communication with the owner regarding access to the property. Well located with a 10-12 minute walk into the town centre. Loved the indoor-outdoor flow of the house and enjoyed breakfast on the deck both mornings plus a bbq dinner one evening. Very well equipped kitchen with plenty of plates, glasses, utensils, serving dishes etc. 3 very comfy queen beds for the 6 of us with plenty of pillows and blankets. We had washing to do and the washing machine wouldn't fill with water - contacted the owner and she suggested other options including offering to do washing at her own house or using the new laundromat in town. She has since advised they have decided to purchase a new washing machine so that shouldn't be an issue again.

A very spacious accommodation. Lovely beds. So much nice space to use both inside and out. Air con a blessing in the summer. Good modern appliances. We liked the location at the quiet end of town.

Gorgeous location - very private and yet accessible to Martinborough. Lovely provisions on our arrival - 2 lovely bottles of Ata Rangi wine, homemade jam and eggs. Hosts were very accommodating.
