We were a group of eight and we were very comfortable in the house, it's huge with a very interesting architecture and a great garden! The host was was very nice, and every morning she would bring us different treats to try, which we really appreciated. Our kids were were sad to leave :)

During the Chiang Mai festival, we stayed here for 4 nights. The owner was incredibly kind and even drove us to the location where we rented our scooter. You can always message him to rent a scooter or ask what there is to do in the area. He replies instantly and is genuinely sweet and friendly. For me, his hospitality deserves a solid 10 out of 10. What I also liked: There were two showers and toilets available. On the top floor, you even have your own shower with hot water. PS: there is a nice cute. Coffee/breakfast/ 2 houses to the left. The name is IS CAFE (super cute !!!) Shampoo and a towel were provided.

Had the pleasure of finding Himmapun farm stay. The closest to paradise I have been. The location is blessed with a great community, beautifully set up gardens, and guest areas. It's close to the city, but at a safe distance; enough to provide peaceful days. Personally grew fond of the farm cats. They added serenity, and carried the atmosphere.
