The resort have every facility that you would expect from such place, and upgraded our suite to have own terrace facing the lake. Nice restaurant and breakfast, good parking area and located very close to both castles, the definite choice for visiting castles

An amazing view. The hotel is beautiful and well-designed. Comfortable and well-equipped room. The hotel's location allows for star trips to attractions in the area. Excellent service. Excellent breakfast. Strong and fast WiFi.

This was our best hotel out of the other 3 we stayed at during our trip.

The hotel was wonderful. The room was perfect, with separate spaces for the kids and adults. The staff were extremely kind, and breakfast/lunch packets were wonderful.

Everything was amazing. View to the mountain from the balcony. One can reach neuschweinstein in 3mins by car. Good restaurant in walkable distance.

Comfortable room and bed, wellness and spa, friendly and helpful staff, high variety of breakfast, everything was very good.

Everything is within a walkable distance the castles and the town. The staff was super friendly and explained everything very well, they helped us to get around the towns and also provided maps, and time schedules which was very convenient. They have the most delicious food and breakfast. 15 mins away from the property we where able to enjoy some stunning views of the castles and the mountains. We truly loved our stay. Perfect cozy get away destination to unwind and enjoy nature.

Among other things the view of the castle from the balcony of my room was amazing.

Location was PERFECT. Free parking, near to restaurants. Walking distnce to Fussen. Walking distance to castles. Loved the vibes, cosy little south Bavarian style. Great value for what you get.

Kati was a beautiful host. Nothing was too much trouble. Self check in was easy, and the room was spacious and so clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend and I'd stay here again in the future. Thanks for everything Kati, we had a great stay!

A fantastic location. Views of the castle. Close to transportation. Lovely beer hall with entertainment some nights down the street. Other nice restaurants walkable.

Very easy to find, big private parking and fantastic views on both castles. Easy walking distance to restaurants. Rooms were very big and comfortable. Breakfast was great and plenty.
