SwitzerlandChristine and her family are great hosts. We were welcomed warmly and felt at home immediately. The bed and breakfast is a little paradise with many different facilities.
The breakfast was absolutely amazing and more than we could have asked for. There was a little special every morning (croissants, homemade cake, etc.).
We spent most of our time kitesurfing at Lake Moutchic, la Varangue is very close to the lake. We also had the possibility to wash, hang, and dry our wetsuits, gear, and towels.
We'll be back!

Great location! Apartment is small but well equipped and just fine for a couple (+baby). Small terrace with sea view is very nice.
Stairs to the beach are in front of the entrance to the apartment, which is amazing (especially for surfing and for going to the beach with kids)!
A lot of shops and restaurants in the same street so you dont need the car. Private parking spot is great. Host is very friendly and helped us out quickly when the shutters broke down.

The apartment is in a great location, a few moments walk from the nearest beach on the lake and couple of restaurants. It’s a short drive to all other local amenities as well. The owners were easy to communicate with and made checking in/out very easy which was appreciated since we were only passing through for one night.

This is a really lovely ‘home-stay’. Beautiful peaceful location by the lake, nice rooms, nice pool & garden. 5 minutes walk from the beach by the lake, and 10/15 minutes drive from Lacanau-Ocean where there are lots of good restaurants, and the sea!

The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The shower and bathroom were excellent.

Location was very good for us. The property is close to a SuperU market and petrol station. It was close to the Lacanau Lake. We booked it to stay for the Marathon du Medoc. On the day we did 40min to Pauillac. Lots of space at the property and had everything that you would need for a family with children.

Great location - close to beach and easy walking distance to the town centre, restaurants and shops.
Was nice sitting on the outside terrace in the evening and also to use the shared swimming pool. The private parking space made travelling to and from the apartment much easier.

Very convenient location, in the center of Lacanau Océan, next to the sea side and surf schools !
There was a very nice atmosphere among everyone staying at the surf house. And the house was very clean considering that it is a shared house with many travellers!
