We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were wonderful — friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout out visit. Both the hotel and the room were very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was good and provided a nice start to the day. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

Modern new well thought out facilities with very comfortable beds, top of the line sound proofing and great design. Rooms are larger than most in France. I also liked the water dispenser on each floor and the breakfast buffet was super. The location is right beside Lyon Part Dieu gare but cannot here that noise in room. While not in main tourist center, easy to take a bus or subway there and there are some very good restaurant options near the hotel. The easy airport shuttle from the nearby part dieu station made it a great location for my recent visit.

Beautiful room and welcoming, helpful staff. The one dinner I had in the restaurant was excellent, and the buffet breakfast was also great as it went well beyond the "Continental" assortment of pastries and coffee. Very good location as it is convenient to Lyon-Perrache railroad station, metro Station A, and Trams 1 and 2. (However, figuring out which exit to take from the Metro station was purely conjectural for me.) With these transport systems, I was able to access all the museums and tourist spots I wanted to visit in the city.

Room was very spacious, quiet and clean. Locatioj is very good, very close to parrache metro and tram stations and walking distance to major activities.

Room was good size, had good storage spaces and was air conditioned. Location was excellent and well positioned for use of local Metro, Trams and Buses.

Comfortable, quiet, great air con. Despite being next to a train station you couldn’t hear a thing. It was a relief to have such a comfortable sleep. Perfect for a night or two.

The staff was very helpful and friendly, the communal area was really cozy and everyone was super respectful, the room was good and the bed was really comfortable.

Beautiful hotel in a center of Lyon with so many antique details that you just discover yet another at every step. Never seen amything like this. Friendly staff and top location, highly recommended!

The location and view were exceptional. The home itself was warm, comfortable and easy to access. Would stay again!

Room is spotless clean and comfortable bed and pillows. Not sure if the room was just better in person or if I was given an upgrade because it was spacious. The bathroom was lovely!! Staff very accommodating and quick to act on requests. They also allowed to checkout 1hour later since I arrived very late in the evening. Location is very central.
