absolutely beautiful place❤️

Staff reception and assistance was excellent. Very much appreciated being able to leave bags and check in in the early hours of the morning after a night out. The free gift in our room was a lovely touch

Our stay was interrupted by my wife’s front teeth crowns falling off. One day before a cruise on a Friday! Panic mode! The ladies at the front desk were amazing. They were able to set up online with a local French dental network so that we could find who had an opening and thank goodness, as a result, we were able to find the last opening in town. We took an Uber and got her teeth fixed within a few hours. How’s that for service?! Oh and the hotel was great too! Awesome breakfast 🍳

Big rooms, lots of light, no external noise despite being so close to a busy road. Friendly staff. Restaurant food is fine and one can also order in (Uber Eats).

The only problem is I have to out 1 day before, due to the AirFrance charge me fligth, si if you can reembolsar 2 room 1 day esch one I súper happy with Booking please Thank you.

The hotel is amazing, truly. It's totally worth it. We went through a traumatic event before getting to the hotel, and the staff was amazing. So polite and kind, but flexible as well.

THe room was very big, comfortable and clean. Food was good.

The Location was in a good spot.

Location: short walk to St.Charles. Breakfast: available after 6:30, full breakfast after 7:00. Kettle and refrigerator in the room. Convenient bedding. Good soundproofing. A/C

The location is great for reaching the most important spots. It's easy to visit the old town area by local ferry. Also, pretty near the train station.

Super kind staff, great breakfast, location was wonderful and the hotel itself was beautiful. I wish we could have stayed longer. Great hotel for our family with kids.

Staff was very friendly, location was clean and orderly so was the room. Location for me was the slight downside, but that falls on me for bad research.

Everything was ok. Nothing to complain about. Perfect location for staying in Marseille. Also, nice private rooms in a spacious building so that it does not feel to be crowded and you feel the space. I recommend this location.

Room is good for overnight stay. Kids had 2 separate beds, that's a huge plus. A lot of light and view from the window was awesome (to ferry wheel). Location is good to and there are several parks along thew way to the sea. Ah, and no keys - only code, it's good when there are 4 of us. Wifi was good too without complex authorisation process.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel! The room was quiet and cozy! The breakfast was excellent! There's a large shopping center nearby, a 7-minute walk away! The city center is easy to reach by bus or tram, with stops near the hotel! For my birthday, the hotel gave me cocktail vouchers! It was so sweet! Thank you! The bartender in the lobby made excellent, high-quality cocktails!

We had a great stay at this apartment in Marseille! It was very clean and comfortable, with everything we needed. The staff were friendly, easy to communicate with, and very helpful. The location is perfect, right in the center and close to everything. Highly recommended!

The staff is super friendly, Ata is great guy! He deserves a better job!
