Everything, great location to visit all the beaches nearby including Clacton Pier. Lovely, clean, modern caravan with all the amenities available and comfortable, cosy beds, lovely host that met us and gave us keys, showed us around the caravan and let us know they were nearby in case we needed anything. The park is modern with swimming pools, arcade and other facilities.

Caravan was lovely and clean. Nice location on the park right near the entertainment. Yasmin was a lovely host helped at every hurdle. My little boy loves this site and all the amenities so to be able to book this last minute was amazing. He's only 2 and had such a lovely time highly recommended.
