Very welcoming and exceptionally clean. Spacious room for a single room and the mattress on the bed was probably the best one I’ve ever slept on 🥰

The property was very cozy, clean and spacious. Only a short walk to the town centre, the beach and stores. Bus to Dublin or Laytown train station just outside the gate! Perfect location for us, since we didn't have a car. The kitchen had everything we needed, including coffee & tea, washer/dryer and dishwasher. Mark is the nicest, most helpful and service minded host we've ever met! We'd definitely come back.

Very nice setup, eveything we needed was on hand and the host was extremely responsive to questions and resolved our own travel timing issues more than satisfactorily.

Emer and Ricky are stellar hosts; warm, welcoming, accommodating. The house is gorgeous! Comfortable beds and fast internet. Our stay was lovely.

We loved the privacy and the whole Irish vibe! We all had our own bedrooms, large living room and greatly stocked kitchen, as well as a crawl foot tub to soak in!! Deborah was delight and very helpful with directions.

The grounds were my favorite part, and the room was lovely!! Great staff, and good breakfast!

The place was very large with a separate bedroom and lovely, well stocked breakfast nook. The hostess was very friendly and answered all my questions offering suggestions to make our travels easier. Outside surroundings were beautiful and relaxing.,

Seamus is a wonderful host with so many interesting stories to tell. My husband and I truly enjoyed the warm welcome, the comfortable bed in a very clean room with ensuite bathroom, and the nice freshly cooked breakfast, with the best coffee I've had in Ireland. We had the chance to learn more about the Irish language, culture, and history, and because of this, we leave Ireland enriched. We would stay at Chez Sè again, when we'll visit this area again in the future. It is well located for Newgrange and other historical sites, as well as the coastal area, and is on the train line to both Dublin and Belfast.

The location was excellent, and the accommodation was top class. Grace (Our host) decorated the place for Christmas which made it very homely. Grace gifted us homemade bread and a gift basket upon our arrival which was an excellent surprise. I would highly recommend the property to anyone who is vacationing in the region as it is convenient as a base for visiting all the sights the region has to offer.

Convenient location to drive to Dublin. Very clean. The host was very communicative, but we didn’t need anything. Very fair pricing and I feel like it was a great value. We enjoyed our stay and would book here again if we are ever back in Ireland — which I hope to be someday!
