Let us in a bit earlier which we appreciated. The entire experience was handled via text/app, with instructions posted throughout the apartment.

AustraliaClaudia is absolutely incredible. The best host of any of our stays in Italy. She is so communicative, attentive, helpful. We felt super well looked after and all our needs met. We stayed in both the smaller room and the upstairs apartment with the balcony (as that was what was available when we wanted to add an extra day before coming). She made the room change on the day seamless and quick. Both apartments are 10/10, but the one with the balcony upstairs is exceptional!
The main thing we loved was the property is perfectly located - staying within the old town in Cefalu is the absolute best way to enjoy everything in the area, and it's a short distance wander out of the busy areas which makes it quiet and tranquil to come home to. Also super convenient to roll our luggage to and from the train station.
The apartment itself is super clean and modern, the option to use the kitchen and coffee facilities was amazing. It felt so homely, comfortable and quiet. The most relaxed we've felt the whole trip. We only wish we stayed longer.

The room had a great size and a fridge which is much appreciated in this heat to keep cold water. Although in the city center it was quiet because it was facing the courtyard, not a great view but not needed since the location is so great and it is right in the old town of Cefalu. The owner Francesco was very responsive and providing helpful information to all of my questions, I used a translator so actually not sure how good the language skills are.

We loved everything about this place! We were warmly welcomed. The location is super close to the train station, the city center and the sea. The breakfast was delicious! It was quiet and the bed was very comfortable, we had great rest!

Great views of pool and ocean. Apartment was modern and spacious. Very clean and well maintained. Very relaxing. We would definitely stay here again. Very quiet location a bit outside the city center. Safe gated community.

It's a very cute and romantic place to stay. The hut was comfortable, and although there were many huts and campers, we had our privacy. Staff were nice and helpful. The beach is close by just walking distance, and the city is a few mins away with the car. The location is good and parking is secure and comfortable too.

We loved the beautiful pool area and bar! The staff were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fabulous as was the food and drinks at the pool bar. A really lovely place to stay and relax! The location is up a hill but they have a tuk tuk to take you to town at certain times during the day.

Martina was absolutely amazing - she couldn’t have been kinder to us, from lending sun umbrellas to preparing a special breakfast to my pregnant wife.
Our room was also super clean and comfortable; and the location is perfect - 15 min easy walk to taormina, and much better to leave the car at the house instead of trying to drive to the city center. We thought the location was likely the best we could aim for cefalu!

Super comfortable and elegant room. Every whim is catered for by the wonderful hosts, Beppe and Mara, and their staff. Cefalu is a brilliant beach town with great beach clubs, restaurants and bars and BM Suites is the perfect place to stay.
