Everything. Orlando is a wonderful host. The dinner was excellent. Clean, spacious room with very comfortable bed and pillows. Highly recommended. Would return again.:)

This adorable apartment is 2 minutes' walk from the Chiusi train station. The owner has a restaurant called Seasons (delicious and reasonable!) about a minute from the apartment. Likely you will meet him there to get keys and pay tax. The apartment is small, with a queen bed on the ground floor and a double mattress in the loft. It has the BEST bathroom! Lots of towels, huge shower. AC unit works great. Has a television. Has a washer/dryer combo machine that is easy to use. Medium refrigerator, stove top, well-appointed little kitchen. Dining table with chairs and a comfy sofa under the stairs. Closets are in the wall. Safe located in one of the closets. Terrific walking area, and there is a car rental right across from the station. I will stay here again when in Chiusi!

Beautiful farm stay, amazing views, great host.

Everything about Villa Alari was perfect. The Villa and room were very charming, exactly what we envisioned Tuscany to be. We would stay again and recommend anyone to stay here. Room was comfortable and the breakfast was good. The owner was attentive, explained everything perfectly and helped us with dinner reservations. 2 thumbs up

Beautiful Umbrian country property. Lovely grounds and the apartment was spotless. The restaurant is beautiful and the food was great- make sure to try it! Property is much nicer than what is conveyed in the photos!

This is an adorable little apartment in the heart of Orvieto’s historic district. Every detail has been thought through with small gifts of food and toiletries. I especially loved the dish soap attached to the wall with velcro in the kitchenette. The bedrooms are good-sized and the small kitchen is very efficient. Three small chairs are set up in front of the building among the plants and flowers - it is delightful to just sit there and chat.

The location is amazing, the perfect place to relax and enjoy a beautiful Umbrian hills landscape. The apartment was very clean and neat, and the garden and pool area offer a perfect serene atmosphere to unwind. The management is always available and friendly, as well as very attentive to details. I will definitely go back and recommend it to anybody who is looking for a peaceful retreat.

One of the most pleasant experiences we have had in Italy! The private room was all we needed with comfortable bed, pillows, attached bathroom/shower and excellent air conditioning! The downstairs shared kitchen had coffee/tea, breakfast including fruit and sitting area if desired to cook/eat in. Anastasia the host is one of the nicest and most helpful people that we have experienced in all our travels which only helped to add greater charm to this amazing city!! She has other properties that can accommodate a larger group if needed. We will be back! A top destination for us!

Continently located near shops and restaurants. Quiet and quaint. Would definitely go back again. Great town!

The place is placed just in the center yet the view and environment makes you feel like you are in a retreat. Staff was very professional, helpful, always with a smile, always offering help. I am sorry i booked it only for 1 night! If i knew the place was so good i would book at least 2-3 days. Everything was super clean and i’m very picky and detailed guest! But i could not find one thing to criticize! The bed was very comfy. They had 2 hard 2 soft pillows. I am definitely coming back!:)
