The hotel was very well situated in the city and the staff was great. I was able to speak Italian, but the front staff was also fluent in English so language was not an issue. The room was very nice, on the level of most business hotels in the USA, very quiet, good shower pressure, comfortable bed, and good WiFi. As a seasoned business traveler, I would recommend this property.

Max at the front desk could not have been any more helpful. A friendly face whenever I walked back into the hotel. We were located very close to the main town centre and there were many food options. This hotel was only 350m from the Bus station but 2km from the Train station (with no options for taxis or Uber).

The breakfast buffet was amazing and the staff very attentive.

Incredibly quiet, comfortable new mattresses, beautiful views, friendly owners. Breakfast was of high quality. Wonderful coffee. We have been traveling in Italy for two weeks now. We have been staying at highly rated apartments and vacation homes. This place was the nicest of them all.

We felt like we were at home when away from home. Giovanni and Mary felt like family. They checked in on us daily and made sure we had everything we needed. Truly the kind of hosts that care about their guests. They provide a beautiful breakfast to start each day and they are never far from reach if you have a question or would like a suggestion on where to shop, eat or sight-seeing. A charming property that is well kept and welcomes you with open arms.

The accommodation was excellent ,the rooms were very clean, posh, and cozy. The apartment had everything we needed: a kettle for tea or coffee, a kitchen with all the necessary utensils for cooking, bottled water, milk, and snacks were also provided. It was a very comfortable and well-equipped place to stay. The property is close to the bus station and also near the shopping area. We arrived on a Sunday, so most shops were closed. On Monday, everything was open and the area was very lively.

Our stay at Boutique Suites Palazzo Crati was excellent. The room was clean, spacious, and offered a wonderful view towards the river and old town. The staff were very friendly and always helpful. Truly, one cannot find a better place to stay in Cosenza. Highly recommended!

We arrived here in Scarcelli / Fuscaldo after more than 3 weeks camping at rural sites and scavenging for Airbnb spaces in cold, damp weather. So, it was a great relief to find such a fresh, well renovated, and elegant space in which to catch our breath and get comfortable again. We were greeted at the door by Teresa and immediately impressed by the architecture, spacious entryway, and the sea view from the bedroom and terrace. Our suite had 3 beds, plenty of cabinet space, a sitting room with a kitchenette, a large, tiled, walkout terrace, and a medium-sized bathroom. The bed was warm and comfortable. Breakfast each morning prepared by Teresa was delightful. Our host. Gaetano was easy to reach on WhatsApp and was very generous in helping us make our own personal extended travel plans.

Excellent location. Close to everything you need. Family run hotel. Great speak easy vibe to the place. Very unique. Highly recommend. Fantastic experience.

Interior is luxury! The bed is very soft, so I fell asphalt fast and soundly. A great place for recovery for a long day trip

The apartment is located in the heart of Cosenza, right in the city center. It is very clean, modern, and close to everything you might need. Supermarkets, coffee bars, shops, and the shopping mall are all within easy reach. The owner is incredible—very accommodating, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. Everything in the apartment is new and well maintained. It is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend this apartment to everyone. If you are visiting Cosenza, this is one of the best places to stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely apartment in Cosenza, Italy. The location was perfect—central and convenient for exploring the city. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed to feel at home,a functional kitchen that allowed us to prepare some of our own meals in case we needed. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even recommending some excellent restaurants where we could try authentic Calabrian cuisine. Their local insights truly enhanced our experience. Overall, our time in Cosenza was memorable and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place to others—whether you're a couple looking for a romantic getaway or travelers wanting a comfortable and convenient base to explore the region.

Close to variety of eateries, seafood, pizza, Gelato and aperitif drinks. Air condition throughout, window access for fresh air. Roomy shower, soap toiletries, SoS alert monitor in shower. Towels, cotton swabs and pads. Toilet and bidet. Bed is comfortable, with black out curtains, wardrobe closet, small dresser and tv. Multiple eating areas, counter and table. Spacious entryway, with motion sensor light. Living room faces pedestrian street/building entry and surrounding courtyards. Small cube refrigerator, microwave, dishes, mugs and eating utensils, corkscrew.

The location was great. The facilities were new and everything was clean

Host was very open to any requests. Flat looked immaculate. Being in the city center made everything accesible just by walking.
