We especially adored your place—it was even more beautiful than in the pictures: spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. The whole house was immaculate, and we especially appreciated how beautiful and clean the bathroom was. The view from the kitchen of the mountains was absolutely lovely, and the air conditioning worked perfectly to keep everything cool.
We also really appreciated the free parking and, most of all, your flexibility. Even though check-out was originally at 10 a.m., you kindly let us stay until 1 p.m., giving us a relaxed morning. And your quick, friendly responses to our WhatsApp messages made everything smooth and easy.
Thank you again for everything. We highly recommend your place to anyone visiting Genova, and we’ll definitely be back!

United StatesThis newly renovated studio apartment was very spacious, clean and tastefully decorated. Lovely tile work in bedroom and bathroom. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom had all modern fixtures. The kitchenette had all the appliances and tableware you would need. It was centrally located on a quiet street in the historic district. Restaurants and city attractions were withing 5-20 min walking distance. Our hostess and property manager, Camelia, was the best part of our visit to Genoa. She picked us up from and to the airport, told us where we should eat and even took me to the hospital when I needed help.

Amazing location, amazing vibe, amazing rooms and incredibly nice people.
The Villa has a certain charme and it was a very special place to stay at. It seems like time hasn’t passed there. Enjoying a summer evening by the balcony or a very nice breakfast in the garden felt just like a treat.
Great quality for great prices. Enjoyed the half board with great choices of menu different everyday, the staff was always very happy to help, family-like stay.

Good location, 25 mins walk to city centre, apartment consists of one big room and a small bathroom.
It’s equipped with all necessities for a short stay. The apartment is right above the private garage where you park your car. There’s a supermarket 5 mins walk from the apartment open 24/7. The host left fruit, water and some snacks.. The apartment was clean and the sea is right across the street.

Wow - what can I say about this hotel? What an amazing building, full of history! The owners were lovely, the breakfast was exceptional (the homemade cakes were out of this world!) and the building itself is stunning. The location is about 3 miles from Genoa in a small area called Nervi, but the transport links (bus or train) are excellent from the city centre. I would love to come back here and explore the area more.

It was the best decision to book this hotel! Just great location, friendly staff, nearby restaurants, bars, markets, metro, bus stops, train station, city center. Comfortable beds and pillows too. Everyday we had a free little “breakfast”- French biscuits and jams, coffee and tea in the room. Free water, coffee and tea in the reception. It’s so nice gesture 🥰🥰 clean and cozy rooms. I definitely will come back in this hotel and the city too. Highly recommended!

Newly renovated, well-furbished, very clean hotel. Location is very well too, close to the downtown (walking distance) and to main transport hub (Piazza Brignole). The staff is very kind and helpful. Breakfast is a little bit expensive but very delicious and with grate varieties. The room was very tidy, air conditioning functioned well.
