Excellent location, just a short walk from some of Lisbon's main attractions, like the Igreja de Belém and the Padrão dos Descobrimentos. Perfect spot for exploring the city's historic area.

Location, customer service, commodities, breakfast was amazing

The staff was really very helpful and nice. It's great that we could safely park the car in the hotel (10€ in total, what compared to others is a good price). Clean, comfortable, and nice bathroom. Also great that we could check-out at 12 noon. Surely again.

Loved the staff and food! Breakfast is included they had a decent selection and a great coffee machine. Accommodated extra pillows when we asked. Shared bathrooms cleaned three times a day. Right beside the train station which will take you directly to Sintra or Rossia station! Priced reasonable and we would stay here again. Research the public transit if you stay here it’s much faster than Uber and don’t be afraid to ask the train desk agents for assistance.

Evry single thing, i LOVE about Santos Mattos, there are NOT a single thing i can complain about it. At Santos Mattos we feel real VIP as we are,.. the administration, Miguel e Inês..keep it that way, you both toguether are the best team, you made me feel one more time very confortable, my stay in Portugal Lisbon area was and it will be always with you. The location! Love the view of the city- enjoy sitting on the upper patio. Very Luxurious feel, an elevator to access all floors. The linens are soft, labelled and the bed is the most comfortable I slept in throughout my stay in Portugal. Explore the multitude of restaurants and high end shopping all within a quick walk! The subway is down the street. Some of the best coffee I had was next door! There is a market on Saturdays!

The staff were all very friendly and the whole place was cleaned daily. The common use items in the kitchen were very useful as well as the washing machine! There was plenty of designated space for each room in the fridge. Being able to unlock the doors using our phones was incredibly helpful. This place is within great walking distance to several stores and restaurants. Although we do not speak Portuguese and a good many of the locals in that area don't speak much English, they were always very kind, friendly and helpful.

The room was just the right size for me with a balcony outside. The elevator that goes up really helped with my luggage. The staff/owner was really helpful.

The host was very nice, we did have to pay 30 euros for late check-in but we were advised before. The property was nice, clean and equipped with the basic facilities, an extra gas cylinder was provided which was nice. They left us train cards which was very useful as we just needed to put money in at the nearby train station. The location can be a bit scary at night however, it is equipped with everything you need (train station, grocery stores, take out places, shopping)

Cleanliness. This was a studio apartment and good for a group of people for Long time stay.

Great cleanliness. You can find everything you need in the apartment: washing machine, ironing board, clothesline and kitchen utensils. Communication with staff was great and easy, quick responses. Checkin was easy (if you read the instructions). The bed has multiple pillows, which I personally like. The balcony can also be useful to enjoy the sun a little bit. There was air conditioning, although we didn’t use it because it was still chilly in the evening
