I loved my stay at Artcore Hotel. It's very new and the facilities are fantastic — the rooms are very big, they have balconies, and I love how they're decorated with artistic and creative flair. I noticed that the bedding and the slippers were made in Portugal which was great. The spa facilities were also nice. I was a fan of the breakfast service, where they deliver breakfast to your door if you request it with a sign on your handle. The breakfast selection was vast and the acai bowl was a favorite. I also ordered dry cleaning for my pants and it arrived back to me, clean and dried, within hours!

We stayed for three days. I came with my wife and child. I can say that the accommodations, guest relations, room cleaning, parking, and breakfast services were top-notch. Guest relations is always helpful. Those in the breakfast section made sure we had a great time at breakfast. The location is close to the center and everything else. The indoor pool and gym facilities are also excellent. Perfect in every way. Obrigado!

This property was small but rooms are very spacious. We were pleasantly surprised when our room was upgraded because we were celebrating a birthday. Our room was very spacious, modern and clean. It is good value for money for sure. Very attentive employees, they made our stay very very special. They made sure we had everything we needed. And the everyday housekeeping was a bonus. The sunsets from our balcony was soo beautiful. And we slept amazing on these huge beds. For us girlies, it made us happy that the mirrors were big too.

We did like everything about the property! First of all, the staff is excellent (Jorge is really thoughtful and always ready to help whatever you need). On the other hand, the location is also excellent, close to Trindade metro station as well as to the main points in downtown like Rua Santa Catarina. Of course, the apartment was perfectly clean. We couldn’t choose a better place to stay in!

Very good location, about half an hour walk from the city center. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The bed was probably the most amazing part for me - that and pillows were so comfy, it felt like I was sleeping on the cloud. I did a lot of walking every single day, and I was able to fully rest each night and be refreshed for the next day. Very nice place to stay, all recommendations from me.

We had a lovely stay at Renaissance Porto Lapa Hotel! The location is excellent, on walking distance of the city centre, the rooms are very quiet, big, clean and well equipped. The staff members are very friendly and everybody speaks very good English! The breakfast was also very good! I will definitely recommend this hotel if you have plans to visit Porto!

First and foremost, the location is perfect for a city trip. It's very close to a metro station, and the train station is also in walking distance (about 10 min). The rooms are spacious and clean, the breakfast is good, and the personnel is very friendly and really helpful. We arrived early in the morning, so way before the official check-in time. We left our luggage in the lobby and went out for breakfast and a first tour, and they called us as soon as our room was ready. All in all, a perfect place to stay if you want to visit Porto.

Francisco and his wife were excellent hosts. The apartments are clean and really well designed and the location is honestly the perfect location in Porto. It's easy access to the city center but away from the hustle and bustle. The bar opposite is our favourite in Porto and the staff there are so friendly. Could not recommend Lost Apartments more, it's an amazing place to stay and we will return soon!

The apartment exceeded our expectations. This was the best place to stay so far for us. Everything was perfect - so clean, everything you could need was provided, the location, the communication with the host - thank you Catarina! We had a welcome package and the host sent us a list with recommendations about visiting Porto which was highly appreciated. We stayed only two nights but will definitely go back again.

Communication throughout with the owners. Such a fabulous place to stay perfect location not to far out and so peaceful! The apartment was huge had everything you needed and extras. The price is just amazing too you can’t beat it. Super clean throughout we will be booking again for our next trip to Porto and recommending to friends/family. I was recovering from a last minute operation so the Netflix on the tv was a welcome added bonus to. Thank you very much for a lovely stay.

Great location just nearby the metro station Lapa where you can take a direct train to the airport (approximately 30 mins with the purple line from the airport 🚇 ). The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The lady who is managing the bar was giving me great tips for finding nice restaurants/places in the city center. Overall a great place to stay in Porto

A beautiful place to stay and spotlessly clean, great location about a ten minute walk from the main areas of interest in the city centre. Friendly staff and a good breakfast, it was a perfect experience and I look forward to returning.
