Friendly and helpful staff, very clean, excellent breakfast and restaurant. Spa services were excellent, massage was extraordinary -- I don't remember the last time my back felt so free. Would stay again at the hotel, the next time we're in Sibiu.

I love this hotel. I have a back injury, and the bed will make or break a trip. I worry about it when I travel. After arriving and visiting my room, I was very concerned that the bed was too hard. I reported this to the front desk, who called Alessandro. He immediately went out and bought a high quality mattress topper and brought it to the room. The location couldn't be better. The hotel faces the piata. There are many restaurants and bars nearby. The Starbucks is next door. I adore the Romanian hospitality and will certainly stay here again when I return to Sibiu.

The hospitality of the staff and the care for tourists

We had a great stay here. The apartment was very comfortable in an interesting building with great facilities. The hosts and staff were super friendly and we were offered a couple of complimentary glasses of wine on arrival. There is a nice restaurant on the site and the included breakfast was great. Highly recommended as a base to visit the beautiful town of Sibiu.

The hotel is conveniently located in the old town, close to all the city's attractions. The rooms were lovely, the breakfast was excellent, and the staff was very helpful.

The room was very clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The location is excellent, close to many attractions and easy to get around. The bed was comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and pleasant. Communication with the host was also smooth and helpful.

Nice place to stay in the olt town center whit the best view over the Cristmas Market .

Dead center location, you cannot hope for a better location. Incredibly clean, offering everything you need, at a very reasonable price. Excellent communication with the host.

The location of the apartment is, without a doubt, its best feature. It was quite clean; it had some things you'd need for a 2-3 days stay, but might be inadequately equipped for a longer stay.
