Places to Stay in Soča

I liked the location and the property in general

The breakfast and other food was delicious. I like very much Spa center. Especially the location is perfect, quiet and picturesque.

We had a wonderful three-day stay at this romantic and historic hotel. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious with working AC. The staff were all incredibly friendly, but the best part was the delicious and healthy breakfast. The eggs were always cooked perfectly, and the large selection of fresh, unsweetened fruits was fantastic. We would absolutely stay here again.

Excellent property for Alpe Adria-ers. Gave me extra bread for my journey! Also right at the entrance for the spring hike which is very nice to do in the morning before continuing the journey.

First, I did not understand the lower rankings of this hotel, as everything was excellent. The staff at the hotel, from check-in to check-out, provided excellent tips for rafting and booked rafting trips for us, all of which were well-organised and effective. The staff in the hotel cafe bar were wonderful too. Our room was amazing, it was so warm outside, but we did not even need an air conditioner. Beautiful view. The breakfast was very generous, and a wide variety of local products were available. Very environmentally friendly, with a reduced carbon footprint. The hotel was genuinely doing it; it is the way of life. Well done.

The restaurant next door was great! The unit was definitely clean.

The cabins are in a great location. They overlook the Soca river and trail. The communal kitchen had most everything you needed to prepare meals. The cabin was cozy, had electricity, and a small refrigerator.

Everything was amazing here, room and facilities were comfortable and perfect for our needs. There was also a grass area with kitchen right by the lake perfect for cooking dinner and watching the sunset. It was quiet and the husband and wife were nothing short of amazing, they dropped everything to help us with anything and were amazing to chat to. We even got some cakes for breakfast!! This has been our favourite part of Slovenia so far!

We were looking for an accomodation for a larger family and a dog friendly place, and soca village was a perfect match. We had amazing time, the view is stunning, there is a game room, and we can enjoy the nature. There are 4 houses (we booked the tiny cabin house and one large house), but there is enough space for everyone (multiple fireplaces, large garden). Celine and Tony was super nice and helpful. They gave us some tips to visit. We went for rafting, hiking, and also visited a lake to swim in the nearby.

Communication with the host was easy, the location is great and ideal for visiting all around the Soča river. The location is quiet and immersed in nature. The apartment is very well equipped and has all the necessary amenities. In front of the apartment is a spacious parking place.

The location was incredible with amazing views of the mountains and really close to the Soča. It was super cozy inside because of the wood-burning fireplace, and the kitchen was perfect for cooking in! The bed was very comfortable, and the host fulfilled our special request in a really sweet manner. She also treated us to some delicious local delicacies which we hugely enjoyed.
