Amazing location. Fabulous views, top-notch restaurant. Older architecture means CENTRAL hot water, and roomy BATHTUB !

I did not see any breakfast on the location. But a small breakfast place next door.

Stayed one night on our cycle trip down the coast. Staff were gracious and accommodating, providing safe storage for our bikes and gear overnight. Room was clean, comfortable and made a little more spacious with a furnished balcony. Breakfast was excellent. Several rows of buffet offerings both Thai and Western. No hot food options for vegetarians (one of us) when we were there, but there was salad and a variety of fruit. Location was convenient for an evening stroll to the seaside boardwalk, and there are several restaurant options within walking distance.

A very clean new hotel with swimming pool and free parking. The stay was comfortable. Good quality beddings. I really liked the space in the washbasin area. I could lay out all my toiletries. The a la carte breakfast set has two menu of the day to choose from. (I chose the green curry with rice and pineapple juice which was delicious) So good for the price.

It was an unbelievable experience. The room was beautiful. The beach was beautiful being so close to my room. Customer service was wonderful. Breakfast was also amazing.

Loved pool and room. Was easy to grab a minivan as they are just behind hotel! Staff helped me with tuktuk into town, one day I waked it and also biked but not the most easy street to navigate when busy. I use for resting, en route south!

Simple but efficient hotel. Quiet, clean and great AC

Huge villa 1500thb. Walked to the temple at first light. Less than 5 minutes. Go up to the cave and see sleeping bhuddha. Pray mediate. Go back and workout in the villa overlooking the beautiful bay. I had dinner on the boardwalk on the water 5 minutes before Aownoi. Lovely stay. Great crab stirfry.

Very friendly environment almost like a family. No crazy party people just decent normal human beings enjoying their life. The owner is very friendly, response fast and is very helpful

It's a long running place and a bit tired looking, but this hotel commands a prime location overlooking the bay and that makes up for all the little defects, I've been here several times and I will surely be back again!
