Service was impeccable. Staff were always smiling and ready to please. Room was superb and serviced to perfection. Pool was clean and staff available immediately.

The location was good. The room was exactly the same as described in the listing. The housekeeping staff was very helpful. There is luggage storage facility as well which is an added benefit. We didn't try the breakfast or inhouse restaurants. The accessibility is also good from this hotel in terms of cabs

Simply perfect! Impossible to be better! Everything, every detail of the hotel. Amazing staff! Amazing view from the pool on the roof top. Gym’s equipment is good, and the game saloon was so nice! The hotel is Super clean, quiet and smell so good. Excellent location! And a very good breakfast!

The view from our room 2220 was amazing! Our room was spacious. We love the layout of the room. The cleaning staff are so friendly, attentive and helpful. And for shopping enthusists, this hotel is at the center of shopping.. It has a very huge pool.with 2 jacuzzi.

Its facilities (swimming pool, restaurant, room, lobby), near to bares, restaurants and souvenir shops. The staff is very friendly, since they help with any doubts or requests.

the night receptionist was quickly and kind. I found this place at last minute I suppose to don't be in Bangkok. use to come at Bangkok 68 years a go and book a little bit better room. for me it was a nice stay as always. I can only give 10 !

The room was big and super comfortable. The ttoilets are spotless, the staff super kind, it is 15 mins from Khaosan Road so it is in a quiet neighborhood. The breakfast was so good. You can see monitors (The reptile) from the balcony.

Fantastic hostel in a great location, the facilities exceeded my expectations. Towels and toiletries provided, plenty of storage space to lock belongings away and drinks and snacks available. Very pleasant and helpful host.

The place was so comfortable and had a lot of thought and care put into it. I only wish we could have stayed longer! Quick walk to a lot of interesting sights and restaurants.

The location was stunning, the woman who runs it is the nicest and most sincere woman we have ever met. She helped us again and again, genuinely sweet and so kind. The breakfast was lovely even though it was not included, get the omelette! Say yes to the ‘flavor’! I will be coming back again and k will ONLY stay here.
