I loved the Roof top restaurant and swimming pool. The staff was welcoming and friendly, always ready to assist at any time of the day or night . Clean environment .

Amazing stay here. The hotel itself is beautiful, pool area is fantastic and the staff are amazing. Top marks. Ended up extending my stay from 3 nights to 5. Restaurants are very good as well. Even i have checked out and was told I was more than welcome to enjoy the pool and shower facilities until I need to grab my departing flight in the evening. The little touches from housekeeping also i appreciated. Even folding laundry i had left on the floor, room spotless every day. Bed was comfier than my own bed at home. Beautiful shower and bathroom. Bottled drinking water replenished every day. 10/10. Ive already recommended this hotel to my friends and family. Will 100% stay here again. Thankyou

The rooms are beautiful and well-designed, with lovely common areas for guests. The staff are very friendly, and the breakfast is great, offering many delicious options. Plus, the free hotel shuttle to Phuket town or the beach is a wonderful perk.

This hotel was the best choice i made on this trip. It's amazing, very clean, very comfortable, large rooms, also the location in the old town is perfect very close to center of the old town you can just walk there it's like 15-20 minutes walk, there is a 7-eleven near by but put in mind it's a 3-5 minutes walk from the hotel, the bed and the pillows were very comfortable, all the essentials necessities were there, they also provide water in the room which is a huge help, the staff were very friendly and helpful, i wanted to change my room because the view was that of a wall so i asked the reception and they were very quick to search for another room for me, ammie the girl at the reception was very sweet she took me to see the room first to decide if i liked it or wanted another and she gave me an excellent room with an amazing view of the garden, she's an angel, I'm definitely coming back to this hotel again

Me and my husband loved the location - on the edge of the lively downtown, but also on the edge of the more affordable places on the outside of tourist bubble. The little apartment is up to European standard, made us feel like home away from home with everything working perfectly and btw the wifi is the best we've had in months! So anyone looking to settle for a bit longer won't regret. The gym is an added bonus plus we enjoyed sharing a drink on the rooftop terrace watching sunset over the city.

It was adorable! The lobby was cute and inviting, the staff was so friendly! The room was large, very clean, very comfortable, private bath was perfect! There was even a refrigerator!

The rooms were lovely, and both the reception area and rooftop were of a high standard. Additionally, they offered many services at very reasonable prices, including laundry, transport, and various activities. The staff were excellent—extremely friendly and helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable.

Beautiful property! The pool is amazing and they had an espresso machine in the lobby for free use. Very short walk to nice bars and restaurants

Good clean room, facilities are quite new. Common sharing space, wet kitchen & washing machine area. The room at back side of the building is good & quiet.

I think the pics in booking.com are made with AI hahaha! Nothing to do with reality... Still was a very clean place, great located close to the old town. . there is a big dorm with around 10 beds each one isolated from the other and with a really thick blanket because by night with the AC it can get reeeeally cold. In the common area u find the lockers, a washing machine, water boiler, microwave and filter water. Even though the pictures are very different to reality if u are traveling on a budget I still recommend this place
