Right in the heart of the Night Market district. Easily accessible and had a lot of shops and restaurants in the vicinity.

Highly recommend this hotel, rooms were a good sized, we opt for the premium room. Interior was new and nicely decorated. For families, you'd love that they have a kids club- which was well maintained and HUGE. Service was lovely, they allowed a late check out and very kindly helped us with a car transfer to the hotel. Only did 1 night in this hotel, but would love to return!

I love the vibe, the connection from the receptionist, always willing to give ideas and connect with us! Helped a lot in giving us perspective on what we can do in Chiang mai!

Super clean and great facilities

Extremely polite and helpful staff. It is not rated a 5 Star Hotel but it definately has 5 Star Service and staff! Great value overall. My room was spacious, plenty of room in the closet for my clothes durung my 3 week stay. I had my own bathroom, A/C and a good size refrigerator. I really liked being within the Old City Square or "Moat"...it is 1.6km x 1.6k.m (almost 1 mile x 1 mile square) I was within walking distance of soo much. I walked everywhere I could for the first 2 weeks...then used ref taxis or the Grab app to go further...which is a very inexpensive option for travel.

New hotel opened in 2026 with outstanding resort-like hospitality. The staff are helpful and kind, breakfast spread is expansive with fruits, English breakfasts, and changing Thai foods with desserts (truly impressive selection). Fresh juices, waters, coffee available all day. Rooms are very clean and spacious. Location is excellent with bicycles available, fruit stand, laundry, massages next door. Drink cart lady down the street serves a delicious Thai tea. Great value for money here.

The hotel is clean. The breakfast is decent. The staff is kind. Showers toilets and rooms are extraordinarily clean.

Quiet and serene, nice room, friendly, helpful staff, excellent breakfast, unlimited bottled water, and an excellent value for the money. There's really a lot to like about Por Singharat.

When I saw the location and price I was suspicious, but as it turned out - there was no reason to be. Not only the rooms and location turned out to be absolutely perfect, but the staff was just a cherry on top! The breakfast here was very nice too!

Can't say enough about this hotel! Staff were so kind, nice, informative. Upon arrival I received recommendations for places to see and eat. I even dropped my bracelet apparently at the front desk, and after I decided to accept the loss when I returned to the hotel, I saw they found it and saved it for me. The location is great in the old city and far enough from loud noises and close enouh to anything you need: 7\11, massages, food, pharmacies. Walking distance from night markets and tepmpples of course. Finaly I was surprised when on the day I asked to not have my room cleaned I found a basket waiting outside the door of my room containing a new roll of toilet papper, a garbage bag and two new bottles of water. This was the best experience for my first days and first time in Thailand. Will definitely come back!

Great location, lots of sights around, very easy to find restaurants and attractions, staffs are helpful, room is very decent, clean and great price. Will stay again!!

Authentic family owned retreat with lots of charm

The staff were really nice and accommodating. The beds were comfy and the room big enough.

So close to the weekend night market, and actually it is really close to everything!

The staff were so lovely. We liked the traditional decor of the room and lobby. Rooms were also very clean. The location was nice as well. Thank you for a great stay!
