GreeceRoom was big with XL bed, all facilities working properly (A/C, hot water) and very clean. Linen was clean and fresh. There is always someone to assist you in the reception. Staff is hospitable, friendly and very helpful in everything you may need. Personally I had a lot of help when I had an accident (lost my moto rental key). There are two 24/7 market shops just next to it and an open market (100m away) with fresh fish and Thai cuisine. Last but not least, it is in a very good location. Close to the beach but not too close to all the 24/7 noise of main Patong beach roads. I think that this hotel is an excellent option for solo travelers and couples in Patong.

CanadaThis is a gem in Pantong. The staff made our stay the most comfortable, cleaned the room daily, accommodated our requests and were helpful at all times. They even carried our heavy luggage up and down the stairs to the froth floor. The room is spacious, the beds are comfortable and there’s a balcony. I value for your money is incredible, highly recommended.

Darla was lovely and extremely helpful with any queries. Would highly recommend for families especially or groups of friends (be vary of quiet hours from 10pm onwards).

Beautiful place to stay with a great location. Rooms are clean and neat. Staffs are poliet and helpful. Overall this is the most satisfying stay I've ever had. This is the best place to choose for a luxurious relax trip.

The room is big and clean, has an excellent price, best location ever, we did everything on foot. When I looked at the map I thought it was far away from everything but it is not, it's super close to the best mall in the city and also to Patong Beach. Highly recommend.

To be honest this hotel is great. Especially the staff working there, so kind, so nice. Great location and nice foods. This place is a perfect place for a vacation in Patong (or better said, the best location).

Incredible location and an absolutely beautiful place to stay, would be ideal with any romantic trip as well as business due to all of the facilities on offer. The room was a great size and very comfortable, the breakfast was sizable though more western then I'd have liked. The staff were polite and helpful and the hotel itself ideal for everything you'd look for. Additionally having a bazaar located so close meant we were able to have more options for meals, drinks and tourist information very easily.

The lobby is amazing ! Full of life people coming and chilling and the bar ! The pools are amazing ! The location is top notch right next to the beach and close to the patong city centre but not that close so it's perfect location !

Sebastian and his family were amazing! Couldn't be more friendly or helpful if they tried. Lovely residences, in a really central location, in Patong. It was lovely staying there and meeting the family. I would love to stay again, and will be when I visit Phuket again.

Friendly staff and helpful. Cleaner cleaned rooms every day, water bottles everyday and turkeys tea free everyday. Massage place next to hotel. Really nice place to stay.

Lub D is an amazing hotel! The best I have stayed at. Lots of young people stay here and party EVERY NIGHT! If you want to heavy party, this is the best place to stay, honestly. They have a different (alco-)activity each day, that’s amazing. Staff is suuuuper-friendly! Great cafe at the lobby: cheap, tasty, hearty food. Loads of places all around to eat, party, relax, smoke weed, etc. Just 10 minutes from a must-visit Bangla Road street. Highly recommend!

Loved the location, price, cleanliness, staff and hotel in itself.
Pool and restaurant area were fantastic although I believe may all be shared with another adjoining hotel.
Despite the list of 'dislikes' of mine below, I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again because I know what to expect now and it is an overall great place to stay!
I shared the 'dislikes' to give a more detailed and real representation of the hotel than what the hotel and booking sites share.

Best location far enough from the night-life if your not into that. Beach right across the road and cash exchange directly out front of the resort. The resort pool is great and shaded for most of the day. We enjoyed breakfast and the staff where lovely.
