ThailandI love Ainokura during the winter time, staying at Minshuku Yomoshirou was the highlight of my trip, the snow were covering the village makes it extra magical. The owner is very helpful and kind, they were trying to explain the history of the town, about their ancestor and how they use to live in the mountain in the past. It just nice to be able to stay in the Gassho House and learnt about the wonderful Japanese culture.

The room is very comfortable, with excellent facilities and amenities provided. Modern design, very stylish, albeit sometimes not too practical. Good location, and parking available on site.

Rooms were spacious by Japanese standards. Even had a little corner with a massage cushion which I didn’t have time to try unfortunately.
Location was great too with the station just next to it and lots of eateries around even till late.

Amazing location in the valley with views of the river.
The room was very nice, the food super tasty and interesting.
Loved the outdoor onsen and the robes you get to wear whiles staying at the hotel

Good location in the port area of Toyama Bay. The proprietor gave us excellent advice on activities and general information about Japanese life. He also made us awesome breakfasts, with pancakes one day and omelette the next

We had a car, so the location was great. Close to near villages and far enough from people's clouds. Perfect if you need relax.

Great location as it was near to the Unazukionsen Station. Our room was spacious and had a great view of the Kurobe river. It was raining heavily on the day we checked out and the hotel offered shuttle service to the railway station.

Everything!!! , the location was wonderful, right on the train stop and at the start of the alpine trek. The host was lovely, the Rooms were big and in the shared room you had your own space with a closed cabinet to keep you belongings. The breakfast was great!!

Alpine crossing stop, easy to find. Lodge is pretty basic, and run efficiently to suit location. Meals at set times, limited access to lounge/cafe/dining hall at other times. Limited shared bathroom. OK for 1 night, but not an ideal place to stay indoors if you're planning a few nights stay. Lodge shuttle back to Murodo was helpful.
