Room was excellent, the staff were wonderful, and the common areas were great!

Location, comfort, value for money

Everything was perfect, the onsen is amazing, the food and all the complimentary food and drink were amazing. The hotel really exceeded my expectations.

The check-in process was easy. The room provided was big with enough space to comfortably move about and open our luggages. The public bath was very relaxing after the end of a long day. Location was near convenience stores and food shops.

Clean and cozy to stay, very convenient to go to the JR station and close to the central shopping center, easy to find some nice restaurants.

Very close to the station. There’s also a tram stop outside the hotel. The room’s seating area is nice. Single seater couch and a very sturdy table. Also possibly the thickest comforter/duvet I’ve had so far on this current trip.

The staff were considerate and friendly. The hotel is right in front of the station but the price was very reasonable.

Breakfast was an amazing experience! Freshness, taste, variety and presentation were optimal! Staff was enthusiastically accommodating and friendly! Superb location! Less than 10 minute walk to primary train station. A charming and panoramic setting!

Very helpful staff. Assisted in communicating with our next hotel. Location walking distance to JR station and Dentetsu Toyama station. Just round the corner to the Observatory Tower. Safe surroundings for walking to the station in the early morning around 5am

Super comfortable! The staff was so welcoming and helpful. The location is the perfect distance from everything in Toyama. This place has great value definitely worth it I wish I could stay longer.

Hotel provides many things free as wecome drink , Ramen , Rice , and Staff is good ,price are very reseanable.Breakfast has few option for vegetarian but enough .

its an old hotel but almost everything has been upgraded, except the decor is still sort of '80s. but I like a retro vibe. they didn't hook up the bidet toilets, i'm ok with that , too, there was a sign notifying customers at the front desk that the rooms have a basic toilet , not the usual "does everything" Japanese toilet. There is an elevator, which made me happy as I need, but a dozen stairs still have to be climbed. Every floor had a vending machine for drinks, with the reception area also having beer in that vending machine. Plus zillions of vending machines out front, too. One microwave available for each whole floor, next to the vending machine. I'm ok with that, too, zillions of restaurants all around the hotel , and it keeps the food stink out of the rooms. Its in the BAR district so super loud from about 10 pm to 4 am, but only if you crack open your window, which isn't necessary as the rooms have excellent A/c. The reception area also had free cookies, candies, and bouillon packets for guests ( to make soup with the hot water boiler that is in each room ) so that was a nice touch. Short walk to the tram.

The hotel just opened so everything is brand new. The room was comfy and silent and I had a direct view of the castle. The free buffet breakfast has a nice selection of dishes. There's a sento with real onsen water. You can't find a better hotel at this price.

The place was clean and well stocked. The shower and the washer / dryer were wonderful and I wish i had them at home.

It is a really nice hotel. Clean and comfortable. It is less than a 10 minute walk from Toyama station. Especially for the price, it is a great value!
