Places to Stay in Takaoka

Good location close to the station, APA Hotels are comfortable and nice. The attention was good as well. This Location in particular has an Onsen type of bath on the second floor, which sounds amazing, sadly I couldn't try it this one time, but it was one of the reasons I booked it in the first place. I had an amazing view from my window. Note that you'll hear the train and the announcement of the station, I'm very sensitive to noise, but this didn't make me uncomfortable in the slightest being on the 10th Floor. I would recommend this APA hotel!

The staffs are so humble and polite. The hotel is very close to the station and highway bus stop bound for Nagoya. Overall, it is perfect.

There are 3 parking lots near the hotel free of charge.

The hotel is located in a very convenient location, close to the station and tourist attractions. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options. The bedding was clean and just like the pictures on the website.

The property is close to the Shinkansen station, which made it very convenient.

Room was spacious, clean and new. Lots of free parking space. Buffet Breakfast is amazing, they have a lot of local ingredients The bath is spacious and new. Staff spoke pretty good english. If you opt out of daily cleaning, you get a free drinks coin!

Just in front Shin Takaoka station, less than a minute walk. Room are spacious enough for a short stay. Is very convenient if you plan to move by train. Breakfast and facilities also very good. Clean and new, price very reasonable.

Breakfast was outstanding! Amazing variety! Brilliantly organized! Caring friendly staff! Ambiance and decor were excellent. Location perfect! 1 minute walk from train station all under cover without worrying about the weather elements.

everything was perfect; location, comfort, staff and the room was what you would expect from what you are paying. there's even youtube in the television since tv stations are just Japanese.

Such a nice place to stay in! The staff is so nice and really keen to give you advice about the area. I highly recommend the hostel which is very clean and comfortable. And on top of that, it's close to the bus/train station !

We had unplanned stay in Takaoka and this hotel came up as quite affordable and on our way to Kanazawa. We were very pleased with the cleanliness and facilities. The staff is very professional and the breakfast was tasty. It was a nice experience and definitely we can recommend to whoever in need ;)

Beautiful little Ryokan with japanese breakfast, big rooms and small onsen. Hiking to Himi was a great experience.

Modern, spacious, and clean property. Great value for money, and a quite unique offering for families in the area of Takaoka. I expect coming back 2-3 times annually.

Really lovely check-in staff and love the little activity of choosing the colour of your favourite to explore the city, it was really warm and welcoming and chilling. The warm floor in the room and the clean toilet make the room really comfy

I found to rooms clean and comfortable, the location, next to the giant Buddha, extremely convenient, and the staff friendly and accommodating.
