The room is spacious, clean , has everything you need for the trip. Staff is helpful. Spa and gym is a bonus. There is laundry and iron on the first floor. We like the July and will definitely come back.

I can recommended this place, don't expect a luxury hotel but for the price paid unbeatable. It's a comfortable place to stay in Amsterdam. Staff is really friendly, location of the place is close to public transport to the city center and airport

Best location, near train station and in the city centre. Let very safe there. Rooms good size and clean and the elevator was a bonus! This is our third time staying here and we always get a nice room. The early check out goodie bag was yummy, we appreciated it on the train to the airport!

We really like the hotel, friendly staff comfortable beds and nice bathroom. Overall it was a good place to stay. Nice location in Leidsplein loads to do if not wanting to be in the main city centre on all occasions.

Since we have not been to Amsterdam before, it was honestly the best location and place to stay to see it all.
We highly appreciate babette for her ongoing communication and suggestions for our stay.
The seperate access to the house ‘ literally on the canal ‘ was beneficial to come and go as we pleased and nothing was too far away to experience!
We highly recommend this place for anyone in a couple or two people travelling, especially those who love good coffee and pastries
We hope to be back again one day

The apartment is beautiful. very close to the city center, the mall, the supermarket. Everything you need is by a walkable distance. easy to arrive. We enjoy our stay. Clean, the owner was very kind. if you want to visit Purmered, this apartment is the best place to stay.

Large, clean, clutter free room with huge windows and table for working. Large fridge, kettle, coffee machine.
Bed was big enough for two and comfortable with lights and sockets on both sides.
Communal kitchen (we didn't need but looked great).
Bar/cafe has a lovely chilled vibe and staff were super nice. We got free drinks vouchers with our stay.
Location was 10 minute walk to metro stop and then short time to city centre.
For the price a great place to stay.

This was the perfect place to stay in Amsterdam. Matt is such a funny and gracious host. He cooked us amazing breakfast every morning and there were treats in our room. Our room was extremely comfortable and is in an excellent location. Super easy to take the train to the main central station and then walk to the Inn. We felt like we were staying with a good friend or neighbor and got to pretend we were locals in the area. Would highly recommend this place and am definitely staying here again.

The host was so kind and helpful with suggestions, the location was amazing! Very close to bus and tram stations if you needed them and if not a very quick walk into the city centre. The beds were clean and comfortable and the bathrooms were immaculate. Great places to stay, 10/10 recommend

We had the two bedroom apartment and it was amazing. One room had an en suite. There was a washer and dryer for your clothes (they give you detergent etc). Very clean. There is also a big sofa bed in the living area. Location is perfect as it's tucked away from the hustle and bustle but still so quick and easy to get to centraal (15 tram ride). Staff are lovely and helpful. Perfect place to stay while in Amsterdam!

This is the perfect place to stay for a solo, short work trip. The hotel is very modern, and a lot of the room features can be controlled from your phone, as well the option to order food in the restaraunt. There are a variety of spaces to work alone or in a group. Rooms are quiet, you do not hear the planes or other people. You get a choice of room location / view when you arrive as well!

This place was wonderful!
Cozy small house, but have everything you need: comfortable beds, small kitchen, table, place to leave your thing and a lot of sockets.
Hot water in the shower, clean toilets, everything was just amazing.
About location: 15 minutes from city center by bus (2 stations to metro) and metro (1 station to city center). Location is very quite, but close to noisy Amsterdam, so it was right place to stay.

Perfect location, wonderful host, and fully equipped with everything a traveller may need. Although there were some road closures at the time of my visit and the bridge over the canal was being replaced, this spot was the perfect place to stay. Without knowing, I picked a spot very close to where my friends live, and following the host's recommendations, I was able to visit a bunch of really good spots for breakfast and lunch. I'd go with an option like this over a random hotel any time!
