The location was beautiful with mountain views. All the staff was very helpful and exceptionally friendly. The breakfast was worth it- complete and varied. In overall, I enjoy my stay. Will definitely recommend!

A great place and great breakfast. They let us park our motorcycle in their garage. The receptionist gave us good restaurant recommendations and local activities. Quick walk to town.

The building is old and full of character. Large rooms and large comfy beds. Manteigas is also the most beautiful village we visited in Portugal, set in the mountains with narrow streets and small interesting shops.

This hotel is in Unhais da Serra, a village tucked away in Serra da Estrela Natural Park. It features a large landscaped pool, and specializes in spa and spa treatments.

Perfect location for my stay in Covilha. The staff were as welcoming as always (I've stayed here several times before) and the room was exactly what I needed. Breakfast was good and the view from the breakfast room is spectacular.

Despite an unusually hot spell, the efficient and quiet air-conditioning kept our room cool and welcoming after long days exploring the city. The location is ideal—just a 15-minute walk from the bus station and close to a mall with a small Auchan, making travel and errands simple. Service was exemplary. We needed early check-in, and the staff accommodated us with genuine warmth and efficiency, making a lasting impression. Throughout our stay, every interaction with the staff was friendly and helpful, whether offering recommendations or directions. The hotel’s proximity to the city’s highlights—cathedral, tower, castle, and tranquil parks—added to our enjoyment. Food lovers will appreciate the abundance of cafes and restaurants in the neighborhood, making each day’s plans effortless.
