ArgentinaAbsolutely one of the best hostel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome. Everyone is friendly, helpful and always smiling. The atmosphere is amazing, very social and perfect for meeting people from all over the world.
The pool area is beautiful and super clean, a great place to relax during the day or hang out in the evening. Rooms are spotless, beds are comfortable and everything is well taken care of. You can really feel the attention to detail.
Food and drinks were also great and the common areas have a really good vibe. It’s the kind of place where you plan to stay a couple of nights and end up extending your stay.
Highly recommended. If you are in Zanzibar, you should definitely stay here.

This was the perfect place to stay if you want to step from your room to the beach within 20 paces. The staff were fabulous and the food was delicious. The breakfast was gorgeous fresh fruit, omelette, pancakes, plus your teas and coffees. It felt like a little haven of tranquillity sat amongst the all-inclusive hotels on either side. The photos are the seating area between the rooms and the beach... really... you are that close!

Villa Huruma, was a beautiful and peaceful villa to stay at. Felt very much like home as it’s not too big, so even with other guests the stay was very personal. Lucy was a friendly and polite host and her breakfasts were very yummy.
The place was very clean in general and was cleaned on a daily basis (as was the pool). Beach towels for the day beds were provided which was lovely of them. And the location is pretty great, minutes from the beach, not far from the city centres and also has a local gym!

We just loved this small, calm and cosy hotel. It has the best location in Paje, right on the beach but at the same time close to the village. Right outside the hotel you find a lot of small art and gift shops. The staff was very helpful, the poolarea beautiful and sometimes we were entertained by adorable monkeys up in the trees. The hotel offers yoga (for a cost) with wonderful view and teacher and the massage we took was awesame. We can also recommend the restaurant with good food and very pleasent waiters.

Staff pay attention to every little detail. The manager and his team take good care of you.

This was the best stay I had in Paje.
Incomparable quality at such a low price.
Superb location in downtown Paje.
Well designed, great mattress and linen, hot sweat water in the shower, ac was working great.
A private kitchen is a huge plus, it give you a freedom and independency...
not to mention the pool.. well kept and it felt totally private.

Great location in town nearby the shore and lots of cafes and restaurants around. Beautiful garden with pool and restaurant. The breakfast is nice with a lot of variety. Rooms are comfortable and come with a mini fridge and water boiler. I can recommend this place to stay for a few nights to explore town.

The hotel stay was really lovely, the breakfast was nice buffet style with fruit, pancakes and you can have eggs requested.. just no meat in the breakfast but you can eat enough to start the day. Not a complicated place to stay but if you do not have a rented car it is a bit of a walk to the restaurants and beach. The room was super clean and comfortable, I really would recommend this hotel in Nungwi

Ali and the team were so lovely and accommodating with everything! Needless to say this is the best coffee we had in Zanzibar!
My partner is also still raving about the breakfast!!
Best place to stay if you have any dietary requirements as well. There are so many vegan options on the cafe menu and soya milk for coffee as well.

The best experience was the receptionist, who were very kind, and offered lots of good restaurant for us.

The property is perfect, the breakfast was amazing! The pool is a perfect place to stay in the evening or when you just want to relax for a bit.
Also the hosts are absolutely fantastic, incredible human beings, if you feel bad they are helping you out with anything. I recommend this place from the bottom of my heart!

The hotel is perfect! Would 100% recommend staying here. The rooms and facilities are fantastic - the pool area is brilliant too and has shaded areas. It is in the best location too so you can walk to all the restaurants and bars. It is also about a 2 minute walk to the beach, which is ideal for trips as well. The host is lovely and really looks after you. The breakfast is fantastic - the fruit is so fresh! We also ate lunch here a few times, and the food was fantastic, especially the shrimp/octopus curry.

We had a small issue with the room, and he immediately fixed it, and checked in on us regularly to make sure everything was okay.
Outstanding customer service!
Most probably the best location you can stay in while visiting Stone Town.

The location and architecture is fantastic, few other places in town match it, if at all. The deep pool was a surprise, not expected from a city centre location. The room is stylish and there will s a very quiet Aircon in operation.

The hotel has a perfect location in Kendwa Beach, the room was always cleaned and the breakfast was very good.
Most of the staff was nice, smiling and always trying to help you.
I would definitely recommend Sunset Kendwa Beach hotel, because its on the best location and good price.

The facility was in the best location for whole Zanzibar. The tide effect is at minimum at Nungwi which definitely increases the time that you can spend in the water.
