We spent several nights here and were struck by how serene everything was. The setting is lovely without being overly dramatic, and the evenings were particularly soothing. There was a private dinner by the beach one evening, which felt cozy and well-planned.

We came as a group of friends straight from the beach, simply looking for dinner… and somehow ended up staying the night. It turned out to be the best spontaneous decision of our Zanzibar trip. Your food was genuinely outstanding — fresh, beautifully presented, and far beyond what we expected from what we thought would be just a “random beach stop.” After dinner, when you showed us the rooms with their direct ocean views, that was it — we didn’t even hesitate. The sound of the ocean at high tide is intense and very close. You truly feel the power of nature there. For us, it was magical and unforgettable. I can imagine that for someone who prefers total silence or more distance from the sea it might feel overwhelming — but honestly, that raw closeness is exactly what makes your place so special. Thank you for creating a place where accidents like this can happen. We would absolutely repeat it. Xxx

Our stay at The Dream of Sau Inn Beach Hotel was absolutely unforgettable! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and outstanding hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to make sure every part of our stay was perfect. The hotel is beautifully located directly on the white sandy beach of Jambiani, offering breathtaking views of the turquoise Indian Ocean. Waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying the sunrise from our balcony was simply magical. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and every detail reflected quality and care. The food exceeded all our expectations. Breakfast offered a wonderful variety of fresh tropical fruits, eggs, pastries, local specialties, and excellent coffee. The beachfront restaurant served delicious seafood and authentic Swahili cuisine while providing spectacular ocean views. Every meal felt like a special occasion. The swimming pool, tropical gardens, gym, and relaxing atmosphere made it the perfect place to unwind. The location is ideal for exploring Zanzibar while still enjoying a peaceful and luxurious beachfront escape. What truly made this hotel stand out was the exceptional service. Every member of the team was friendly, professional, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Their genuine hospitality made us feel completely at home. Everything was very good. I have to give extra credit to the staff. They take really good care of you. The food was always fresh and delicious.

Back side pool is excellent. Close to the beach. Delicious buffet breakfast. Great dinner (a la carte). Recommend to take half board, you will like it. Nice game area: billiard, table tennis, table football...

The room was well designed with direct access to the beach. The ambience was very elegant and the design is well thought through. We really loved the amenities like beach towels, hats, etc kept for us. This was one of the best place we have stayed this year and great value for money! Highly recommended.

Extremely local, peaceful and convenient location (to the beach)

Bahari feels like home. Simple as that. And I guess this pretty much says everything. Stefania and all the staff are very friendly, warm and welcoming. The location is incredible, right in front of the beach. For those who are looking for something more relaxed and away for the big resorts, this is the place. For now, I’m gonna keep crying ‘cause I’m still missing that jam at breakfast!

Beautiful spot right on the beach. The staff was amazing, from the chef to the security guard to the cleaners everyone was so kind and welcoming. The place is huge with many amenities. The pool is wonderful! Many drinks stocked in the fridge and Luciana made sure to get us more immediately when we asked. Food for breakfast was excellent! We got massages and it was wonderful, the rooftop massage room is great, you get to relax and hear the waves crash. Truly a sublime stay!

Beautiful main area with amazing infinity pool. Bungalows were Specious and clean with modern interior. ALL the staff were AMAZING! I wanted to say a special thank you to Deo and Joshua for being so friendly, helpful and entertaining. Can’t wait to visit again!
