Big room with big bathroom. The views from higher floors are amazing. Good location in Downtown. There was a pianist at the lobby on Saturday night, and it was really nice to listen to.

The staff at reception was friendly and made us feel welcome. The room was very large with a comfortable sitting area and a tv with Chromecast. The bed was also large and comfortable. The bathroom was very adequate, not too big but with enough room. The hotel is well situated along one of the main roads and a short drive away from downtown and many different restaurants. Despite its location the street noise was minimal.

Nice room which was more like a studio apartment than a hotel so more individual in style. Bang on edge of downtown so all sights, restaurants and bars walkable. Nice quiet location too.

Location for Balloon Fiesta was great, close to Balloon Park. The breakfast, which is included, was great. They have a good variety; eggs, sausage, waffles, oatmeal, cereal, juice, coffee, fruit, and more! There is ample parking. We had a two queen bed room and it was sufficient. There is a mini fridge and microwave. Room was clean. Hotel is in need of some TLC, but overall, a pleasant place to stay. Alejandra, greeted us at the front desk and is very pleasant and helpfull. She made sure that if we needed anything, we had it.

The location of the hotel was good. It was within a 10-15 minute walk of the square in Santa Fe. The room was clean; bed comfortable and lots of hot water. We slept well while we were there. We were there with a large group of hikers and the hotel was large and could accommodation all of us. There was a good buffet breakfast each morning and that was helpful before hikes. They also provided a shuttle into downtown, which many found handy.

First of all, the staff at check in were awesome. Very nice and accommodating. Yes, the place is a bit outdated, but it is still a great place to stay, great location, very quiet and peaceful. The beds were very comfortable and the little mini fridge kept drinks very cold. We had a great, relaxing four nights here. Can't say enough about how friendly the staff was!

This hotel has a lot of personality and a large courtyard with a pool and tables. We had several rooms as a family and it was a convenient place to stay for one night. The bagel place around the corner is incredible. The tap house was a great option for us after a long travel day. There were fun places to run to from this location.

Great location and in walking distance to the downtown area/scene. They have their own parking space, so you don't have to look for parking. My room was very intimate.
