They made sure we had everything we desired ,at all times. They created such a great atmosphere and so the guests became friendly an fun. The staff were so kind and friendly, despite a little language barrier. The room was very big with an AC, and was very clean. So grateful for a warm shower after getting drenched in the rain. Good location for accessing the harbour and the city. Would highly recommend this place to stay!

The staff were amazing! So friendly, helpful, informative and professional.
The location was absolutely beautiful and the organised activities great: tai chi, kayaking, cave visit and fishing. (The cooking class was a bit disappointing but I understand this could be difficult in that setting).

We had a lovely stay.Our room has a beautiful bay view, it was big, clean and modern in design. Thao the hostess was extremely helpful in arranging tours, scooter rental and recommendations for local cuisine. The hotel has 2 pools and 2 restaurants one on the rooftop one downstairs with a big variety of food and beverages. Highly recommended!!

Great location, easy to get around and far enough away from the busy centre for a family to relax.
Kids loved the play area and pool table when we were out visiting the sights.
We were helped by staff throughout the stay from everything from trip booking to hospital appointments.
Couldn’t recommend HaLong bay enough and this hotel was the perfect spot to see it all from.
Rooftop bar was epic, a classy spot with great food and drinks, a real change from the authentic spots around the town.

Large comfortable bed and bedroom. Stunning swimming pool. The location is great. The use of the bicycles is an added bonus and the owner Ngoc goes out of her way to help with anything needed.

Staff where excellent, friendly and so helpful... Bonus was scooters being avaliable to borrow, made our afternnon alot of fun and got in some good sights, market. Location was great, had a spa treatment around the corner, friend of the staff, very grateful for a lovely pamper... room was spacious and had everything we needed for the night before catching our cruise in the Bay...
