Our daughter has celiac disease and we chose this hotel because of all the gluten-free options for food. The view from our room balcony was amazing, all of the staff were amazing and the location was the best. We stayed here with our 10 year old daughter and there were some families with younger children, but the crowd was mostly older couples. We found that a plus because everyone was very respectful and it was a peaceful, quiet stay.

We loved the authentic charm, incredible views, modern and clean rooms. We also loved the beautiful wellness centre, the delicious food for evening food and breakfast and the amazing friendly staff! We are already looking at rebooking and bringing family and friends!

The chalet is really clean, comfortable and cozy, we loved staying there. I think the sauna is good too, we didn't use it though as the weather wasn't very cold during our stay. The chalet is located near the main road and ski lifts are nearby. We would love to stay there again in the summer season as there's an outdoor pool. Oh and we were able to take our cat with us, which was a huge plus for us.

Great rooms with wonderful view. Very spacious rooms, also the balcony. Food for breakfast and dinner was excellent and had big variety. The hotel is very nicely located. Do your hikes from the hotel plus having the lake within 2 min walk.

This stay was icing on our Austrian cake! Truly a luxurious place with multiple saunas, pool and spa. We were welcomed very warmly and proceeded to make our way to out room. We had time before the dinner at hotel and made use of the wonderful piol and saunas. What a treat! The dinner and breakfast were both delicious and served with care. The room was spacious and beds very comfortable.
