I liked it,. Good hotel, but it was just a short stay.

It was just amazing west lake view horizon club top class a la carte breakfast...eveline did great job, front office Stomi, wanda zhang and susan Y were professional with personal touch ... god bless them ... exceptional service Shangrila mid town with no compassion... thanks a lot

The hotel is next to a beautiful canal. The room is amazing. Service is also exceptional. We were treated very nicely by a staff, Miss Aria Tou. Her attitude is very polite and very helpful.

I like everything: 1st the room very big and comfortable. 2nd the room equipped with everything you need it “Microwave, Electric cooker, coffee machine, toaster, Fridge and freezer + Full kitchen tools qnd washing machine. amazing closet alot of hangers so no need to take your hangers with you very big toilet” 3rd very very clean furniture 4th Very helpful friendly Staff 5th everything near infront of the hotel small supermarket + starbucks + Tim hornet Cafe, Burger King, Mac, KFC And also they have alot of Fine dining restaurants. Thank you Oakwood For everything.

Breakfast was really good. Lots of option of foods and drinks. Fruits were fresh. Foods were hot and fresh. Breakfast staff was nice and helpful. Location was not so good. There were not many restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Metro station is about 10 minutes or 15 minutes walking, depends on your pace. The hotel staff was nice, helpful, and speak some English.

Large well designed room. Cantonese restaurant is excellent. Hotel staff are very well trained.

I've been coming to this hotel for many years, and I was never disappointed. It's a great location, the rooms are big well equipped , clean and comfortable, the staff is always welcoming, friendly and helpful, the breakfast is very good with huge varieties of foods and drinks. It's a most recommended hotel for everyone!

The staff here bent over backwards to fulfil my needs. I lost my wallet in Xi'An and thks to Jenny & Alex, they helped communicating to the local police for me. The room was just brilliant! Their indoor pool was super cool! The food at Jin Sha and the staff there was superb! The bath salt in the room smelled soooo good!

Everything was great - from the time we arrived till we departed the hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful, location was by the West Lake with Lei Feng Pagoda just 10 minutes walk away, beautiful and well-kept estate, breakfast was awesome, room was huge with a living room and study. Absolutely nothing to complain about.

Amazing hotel. World class. Definitely get tea at the tea house and breakfast buffet.

Very new and room is big. Suitable for putting extra bed right next to us for our young child.
