Love the location, right next to the Japanese Garden. 10min walk to city hall plaza. Friendly staffs. Good for families.

The staff were all incredibly friendly and kind. We booked last minute when dealing with an emergency that derailed our travel plans, and we had to alter our reservation. They were helpful, understanding, and compassionate.

Good breakfast. Close to a McDonald's which was the only place open when I got there. Comfortable room. Right off the freeway.

The hotel staff is welcoming and helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast is tasty and satisfying.

Great location to explore Toulouse and very helpful and welcoming staff... went out of their way to be helpful.

It had an airport shuttle and the room accommodated two of us in separate beds and rooms for privacy. Also, the sauna was a nice treat.

The breakfast was outstanding. Especially thé bread pudding.

The covered pool and sauna made the experience even better.

Short walk to the City Centre and Railway Station. Staff helpful and clean. cozy room.

Everything was fantastic about the accommodation. The check-in process was super flexible and easy peasy! Next was the apartment itself, super comfortable, enormous good enough for 3 people I'd say! The kitchen was fully equipped, the dining area was more than enough!! We had everything we needed. The beds were quite comfortable, as well as the sofa bed. The shower was super great after a long day of walking and the location of the apartment to the center was soooooooo close, perfect next to the canals and the monuments but far away to be able to sleep well in complete darkness and silence.
