Grand staff and excellent service. I am very delightful with their exceptional service. Very flexible and supportive. I had my freedom there and did not experience any single difficulties. Very friendly environment even for non-English community. Beautiful, clean, peaceful and calm environment. Food is very tasty and great presentation too. Chef deserves 10/10. We would highly recommend The Norwich Hideaway to anyone wishing to visit Norwich and the surrounding area. It's ideally placed close to the park and ride for Norwich and also the pretty village of Bawburgh with an beautiful ancient church. The Hideaway was very clean, well appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay and it's so peaceful to say how near it is to Norwich The on site swimming pool is a welcome addition and the owners offered us a complementary swim for staying for 4 nights and then another session for free. We also really enjoyed the hot tub looking up at the stars, overall a fabulous stay.

The cottage was really cute and well laid out. We spent a great deal of time in the kitchen and very airy breakfast room. The location was excellent for traveling all around the area, which was what we did during our five night stay. The cottage is about 15 minutes from Norwich, which was a great day trip. While we didn’t use all the amenities on the whole property, they were made available to us. This would be a great location for a family, as well. The sitting area was grand and there were many materials for local sights. Plenty of hot water and towels. The washer and dryer were easy to use and great to have. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes and pots and pans.
